Dat is het echte Big Sand Lake, een van de puurste natuurlijke meren van Florida die je op de foto ziet en de adembenemende zonsondergang (Sunrise ook!) vanuit de woonkamer en patio. Disney Fireworks ook!

Gelegen in het chique Dr. Philipps-gebied van Orlando, precies in het midden van de 3 belangrijkste themaparken - Disney, Universal en Sea World.
Onze villa is in particulier bezit en wordt beheerd. Er is geen timeshare-presentatie bij betrokken, omdat we geen deel uitmaken van de timeshares van Westgate.

Onze Lakefront Villa biedt het comfort van uw eigen huis als een voorkeursalternatief voor een hotelkamer en laat u wonen in uw eigen herenhuis met 2 verdiepingen in tuinstijl. De villa is smaakvol ingericht met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, 3 queensize bedden voor 6 personen comfortabel, een patio, een overdekt balkon, een woonkamer, een volledig uitgeruste kitchenette met een fornuis, koelkast, magnetron, kookgerei, servies en bestek . Beddengoed, handdoeken en starter benodigdheden zijn aanwezig.

Naast een betere prijs, meer dan een hotelverblijf, is er volledige privacy, de vrijheid om uw eigen maaltijden te bereiden op uw gemak en meer leefruimte. Zoals onze vorige gast die jaar na jaar terugkeert, schreef: 'onze kinderen genieten boven van hun eigen loftappartement.'

Ik wilde je vertellen hoeveel mijn zoon en ik genoten van je Villa in Orlando, Florida die we huurden voor de week van 1 juli. Na onze eerste 4 juli-vakantie in Florida te hebben doorgebracht, hadden we geen mooiere plek kunnen vragen om van het vuurwerk te genieten. We zaten buiten op het kleine terras met uitzicht op het meer en konden ander vuurwerk bekijken
vertoont gedurende 2 uur, het was geweldig (vooral omdat ik het vuurwerk van Canada Day had gemist terwijl we aan het reizen waren).

De villa en het resort waren mooi en we hoefden zeker niet ver te gaan om onszelf te vermaken.

Ik heb eigenlijk (en ik hoop dat je het niet erg vindt) je e-mailadres doorgegeven aan een collega van mij op het werk die misschien een reis met haar dochter in de nabije toekomst plant.

Nogmaals hartelijk dank voor het gebruik van uw Villa en ik kijk ernaar uit om het opnieuw te bezoeken.

The vrbo had sugar ants in it. The beds were very uncomfortable. When I informed the contact person, they said they would send out maintenance. I informer her that we would be checking out early due to the ants and beds. There as no response after that.

Advertised unit not what we received. We checked out the next day because of how icky we felt after just a few hours. Toilet was only big enough for a toddler to sit on. Sheets in second bedroom felt like plastic. Pillows looked like previous guest left them there and owner just refused them. Double coverage on the couches felt like the furniture was just throw away crap. Beds felt like you were laying on plywood. Mismatched furniture didn't lean towards any type of vacation vibe. Felt more like someone went around a inner city neighborhood and picked up the garbage someone threw away and reused it. Leaving the key under the mat is a sever security risk and should never be allowed to happen. It's 2025 and just a simple number pad combination is extremely easy and inexpensive to install. This is the first time I have had to leave a bad review on here and I don't do so lightly. This owner needs to reassess the state of this, and probably other units, in order to provide a better stay and experience to their guests. I would rather pay for quality than be provided with a cheap alternative that just makes you feel gross.

The property was in need of repair from the main entrance door being warped, walls and paint severely scuffed and carpet old stains.The main bedroom had 2 inches of standing water. I contacted the host but it was never resolved. So gross we checked out early.

The place I reserved wasn’t anything like the pictures advertised on the website. It was dirty and out of date.. Our party of 4 was inconvenienced the first night had to get lodging and for the duration of the trip had move to another place.The area was very dark at the entrance.

Great Location and Prompt response

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location and it's more convenient to many important/attractive places in Orange County. It's quite and good place for morning walk near the lake. Ms. Gloria was so prompt in response and very helpful with taking care of our needs. Would love to stay in this place again.

Great location, great set up - bedroom upstairs with 2 beds and a bathroom and bedroom on main floor with another bathroom. This worked well for 3 colleagues - 2 female and 1 male staying here. Close to Disney Parks, Universal Studios and Sea World. Close to Trader Joe’s and Walmart. Difficult to walk to these locations but a quick Uber away. My only minor drawback is it would’ve been nice to have small things like coffee filters, dish soap and cooking oil so we didn’t need to purchase these things for the 3 days we stayed. Otherwise great value for location! I’d stay here again.

The lake view alone is worth the stay

Great location for out of towners. The Lake and a few palm trees right out side the glass patio door.You can see the fire works from Disney over the Lake. That was pretty cool.Universal is less than 10 minutes away with traffic.Walmart is right around the corner. The pictures of the condo are accurate. The price is fare for what you are receiving.The patio and balcony are nice additions for people how like more space then a hotel room. Check-in was simple and communication was simple and easyBetter then other experiences in the past.My family enjoyed our stay

We rented the VRBO and was not able to attend the first day. Owner reached out to make sure we had the passcode. So far so good. We messaged to make sure tWe rented the VRBO to get away from the hurricane winds in Tampa. The storm hit Orlando and no communication from the owner to see if we could get in or if the house was in any damage. Several hours later-response received-owner would need to check with housekeeper-the next day no response until. I asked if we could negotiate a refund for a few days. All of sudden on Saturday afternoon the house is ready. We checked out on Sunday.

Not as advertised

It was disappointing. The kitchen was parts and pieces put together. The stove worked, but not well. Instead of staying in to eat, we had to go out. There was a lot of dusty areas, but the showers were clean. The bathroom sink needed a butter knife to pop the plug or it didn't drain. For what we got, we paid way more than it was worth. It was advertised that we could watch the fireworks from the back yard. We struggled to open the back door, and barely saw any fireworks. Only the random high ones could be seen. The communication between us and the owner were minimal. We got 4 towels even though we registered 6 people. It was not horrible, but it was not what we were let to believe and it was not up to decent standards.

Would not recommend

Communication was a little spotty but was manageable. I can live with most things and usually don’t leave negative reviews, unless there are two things that are not met. I have to have a clean bathroom and a clean bed to stay in and neither of these things were clean. There was tons of hair in the beds and food crumbs, to the point we had to go buy sheets and pillows to feel comfortable enough to sleep in the beds. The bathrooms were the same way with hair, and all kinds of things being on the counters and floor that we felt like we needed to wear shoes or flip-flops in there to keep from stepping in anything gross. Toilet downstairs almost rocks out of the floor and the sink in the kitchen has a broken handle. Not to mention we did not cook anything to eat, because the oven was filled with food that had not been cleaned out. The funny part is there are stickers and signs everywhere saying to take your shoes off to make things less messy for the cleaners but the place was already a wreck.

The listing did not look anything like the pictures on line. The property was really dirty. Food in oven, dust all over the walls, patch in the ceiling and hair all over the place. Dishes were still dirty in cabinets and drawers. Ceiling fan plugged into wall socket and missing lightbulbs. Back door would not shut all the way. So we had to make other accommodations to go to a hotel and stay for the week!!

Great little apartment

We had a lovely stay. It’s a great little apartment. If you’re looking for luxury, full dining room and a big kitchen, this is not your place. But if you’re looking for a quaint space, a spectacular lake view, a quiet area located close to everything, this is the place for you. Ms Gloria is very hospitable and quick to respond to any questions. It was our pleasure to stay at this townhouse.
