  • Ruim, schoon, veilig, leuk, uitzicht op het meer, restaurant op het terrein, verlichte tennisbanen, grote slaapkamers, 2 volledige baden, zachte handdoeken, keuken met magnetron, fornuis en grote koelkast. 3 tv's, bedden van super kwaliteit en beddengoed.

    Keuken is voorzien van magnetron, koelkast, bereik, apparaten en kookgerei. Eethoek en terras met tafel en stoelen. Woonkamer heeft een mooi uitzicht op het meer. Er is een flatscreen-tv, een slaapbank, een salontafel, stoelen en een prachtig gewelfd plafond voor veel licht.

    Handig parkeren op straat inbegrepen. Snelle en eenvoudige wasserette met 4 hogesnelheidswassers en drogers. Doe een week aan was in minder dan 2 uur!

    Split slaapkamer plattegrond voor rust en stilte. Een slaapkamer is beneden met queensize bed, tv, dvd-speler en eigen pas gerenoveerd bad. De 2e slaapkamer is boven. Het heeft 2 queensize bedden in een grote slaapkamer met balkon, inloopkast, eigen badkamer, tv, dvd-speler.

    Zicht op het meer! Geniet van het zien van prachtige zonsondergangen en Disney-vuurwerk reflecteren elke nacht in het meer. U kunt genieten van de frisse ochtendbries met uw koffie op het terras met uitzicht op het meer. Speel tennis op onze verlichte tennisbaan. Beproef je geluk bij het vissen in het meer.

    Ik heb 3 rijtjeshuizen. Als je geen datums ziet, zie dan ook 109105 voor nog eens 2 slaapkamers of vraag om foto's van mijn slaapkamer met 2 queensize bedden en een slaapbank.

We really only showered and slept here. We were out and about every day. It smelled like dirty dog. Shower drain was clogged up. It’s really outdated and needs maintenance, repairs and better cleaning.

Quick Disney and Universal trip

Great location! Right between both parks and very close to Walmart and many other attractions and restaurants. Perfect little spot to rest for the night.

Great stay for a week!

We had a great stay for the Royal Canin AKC National dog show. Our host was very responsive to our inquiries and checked in with us to be sure we were happy with everything. Very clean place, nice neighborhood to walk the dogs, felt very safe.

Easy check in process. The condo was exactly as described. Great location close to everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was equipped enough for us to make a quick breakfast each morning. Highly recommended!

Perfect home away from home

Gayle was very communicative and her place was just the perfect stay for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). Everyone had their own bed. We were able to cook our own food each night after long days at the parks. Short drives to Universal and Disney. We enjoyed seeing the Magic Kingdom fireworks across the lake most evenings.

Location, Location

Very easy access to both Disney and Universal. Nice vacation townhouse which is as described. Two slight negatives: Laundry is available but in a central location for the facility. Townhouse is very close to I-4 and front bedroom allows some of that noise to come through. All in all, still a very good property.

Just not for us

This was a last minute pick, as our original choice booked before we had the chance. Property is fine, just not for us. Location did not feel safe & traffic was loud. I should have reviewed the pictures better as this is a townhouse with an efficiency size “kitchen”. The communal area was just far too small for our family of 4 and we were often crammed and on top of one another. Location is close to theme parks.

Comfortable and affordable stay

We stayed for a kid-free girl’s weekend and chose this location for its proximity to both Universal and Disney (less than 20 minutes with traffic in either direction). The property had everything we needed to be comfortable and the amenities were a nice touch-especially the Keurig! We had a couple things to point out to Gayle regarding the condo but she replied immediately and offered to fix any of the maintenance issues we were having (minor plumbing issue). Great communication! The only thing that I missed that may not be immediately clear from the photos is that the upstairs bedroom has an open pass through to the living room downstairs. There is a shade so the sun isn’t an issue, but if the plan is to put kids to sleep upstairs it might be difficult to continue visiting downstairs. My only suggestion to improve this property would be to update the door to the master bedroom downstairs-the deadbolt on the outside of the door is somewhat unsettling even if it didn’t fully lock. Overall, this was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you, Gayle!

Super Cute

Gayle was really thorough and made booking easy. She sent detailed directions for check in. The townhouse is very clean, located 20 minutes from Universal, lots of restaurants, safe community setting, dog friendly. We will be coming back.

Fleas and no hot water. Hot water had to be replaced. Had take a cold shower. 2nd floor mirror was.

DREAM ACCOMPLISHMENT

The property is like from home to home. We had enough space to mingle and everything was available to used such as towels, napkins and cooking pot with utensils. All the house equipment was working perfectly. And what a wonderful property manager who never tired of your questions and enlightens on places to visit. We were able to tour all the fun venue due our strategic location.

Quiet Lake view getaway

I enjoyed every minute of my stay. I was able to start my mornings on the patio overseeing the lake. The entire facility is quiet and calm. The vrbo itself is very functional, the furniture is comfortable, and the space can easily accommodate groups from 2-6 people. Gayle was super easy to contact and responded to questions within minutes. This was a great first stay in Orlando and we would definitely return!
