Welkom bij Villa Giacomo! Ons herenhuis is gelegen in een prachtige gated community genaamd Terra Verde Resort. We zijn slechts 15 minuten rijden van de Happiest Place on Earth - Disney World! Er is een breed scala aan restaurantopties om uit te kiezen binnen een straal van 8 km. Voor de shopaholics is ons herenhuis slechts 10 minuten rijden van de Premier Premium Outlets, de nieuwe Disney Springs en verschillende andere winkels. Het resort biedt een prachtig gemeenschappelijk zwembad en een hot tub, een fitnesscentrum, een tiki-bar, een wekelijkse filmavond, een basketbalveld, een volleybalveld en meer. Het herenhuis heeft 4 slaapkamers en 3 volledige badkamers en een grote wasmachine en droger, evenals uw eigen privézwembad. We zien er naar uit je te verwelkomen!

Orlando Theme Parks

This was a beautiful resort with a very nice 4 bedroom townhome. We were at the parks each day so unfortunately only got to use the private pool once and the resort pool once. Both were very nice. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the space with our group of 6. We thought that all of the resort staff were very helpful and good at their jobs.

Great choice when visiting WDW

The house is neat, minimally decorated, comfortable, and quiet. The only issue was in the room downstairs, there was a long black hair on the sheets, one in a pillowcase, and one on the dresser. The beds were comfortable and the pool was relaxing. It didn’t have any dishsoap, and there was a note saying to not use laundry pods, only liquid. That was a little annoying, but overall, it was a great place to stay for several days.

Family Vacation

My family came to Florda because my special needs daughter had a competition at Worlds. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable; we all slept well after a busy day. We also loved the gated community pool and snack bar. We spent may nights at the pool and enjoyed drinks.

This property was exactly what we were hoping for during our recent stay in Orlando. Great central location, close to all the theme parks and attractions, the property was clean and well maintained. Loved this home!

We had a wonderful stay at this awesome home! Flew 3000 miles to come and it was a nice, spacious home to relax in between theme park visits. Loved the enclosed pool and the lake! The owner communicated with us if things came up- she always responded and was very friendly. We will definitely book again if we come back to Orlando!

Easy checking in and out with gate and security, can text about deliveries which is nice. Everything was clean and organized, beds were not too comfortable. I could hear the springs moving when my husband would get up and down. Other than that we loved it! Thanks!

An absolute gem. The house was beautiful, very comfortable, and lots of space which was perfect for my family size . The property was a great proximity to the club house on the resort and the resort facilities were excellent. The resort is a good location for shopping,restaurants and theme parks, car recommended. The property was a good size and comfortable for our party of 5 adults .It was clean and pretty well equipped and the beds were very comfortable also the towels were the best we have ever had in a rental accommodation.
