DE KOKOMO is de plek om te gaan .... "om weg te komen van alles '. DE KOKOMO is een prachtig ingericht en gemeubileerd 6 slaapkamers zwembad thuis in de prestigieuze gated community van Formosa Gardens Estates. Verhuur Formosa Gardens Estates woningen zijn de dichtst bij Disney World, op minder dan 2 mijl afstand.

Gasten zullen genieten van nieuwe granieten werkbladen en nieuwe roestvrij stalen apparaten in de hele keuken, nieuwe granieten werkbladen en wastafels in de slaapkamer, bijgewerkt Sunbrella buiten dineren set, en het nieuwe zwembad ligstoelen.

Uw gezin zal genieten van 4 koning slaapkamers (3 zijn en-suites), en 2 heerlijke aparte slaapkamers. De 'Winnie de Poeh' en 'Buzz Lightyear slaapkamers zijn met de hand geschilderd en zeer kindvriendelijk. De villa is uitgerust met een kussen-top matrassen in elke slaapkamer.

Yes! Zelfs bedden van de kinderen hebben een luxe kussen-top matrassen. Daarnaast is de 4 koning slaapkamers en 'Winnie de Poeh' slaapkamer hebben HD, flatscreen-tv's.

U zult vakantie in comfort en stijl als je ontspannen en genieten van de familie kamer met een breedbeeld-tv en een dvd-speler, een volledig uitgeruste keuken, ontbijtzaal, en de Grote Kamer met 14 'plafonds. Geniet van de 22 'x 40' zwembad na een vermoeiende dag op de themaparken. Er is een afgeschermde-in Lanai met tuinmeubilair en een barbeque.

De Disney-thema speelzaal heeft een pooltafel, air-hockey, tv, X-Box met spelletjes, boeken, een pub tafel en stoelen. Baby meubilair is verstrekt zonder extra kosten. Een hoge stoel, wieg / box en een Winnie de Poeh kinderwagen is verkrijgbaar bij de villa.

Kabel-tv en gratis high speed internet toegang zijn aanwezig. Om uw bezoek zo comfortabel mogelijk handdoeken, lakens, servies, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, potten en pannen, een wasserij, enz. Te maken zijn verstrekt aan KOKOMO 'uw thuis weg van huis' te maken.

Wij nodigen u uit om 'weg van alles' en ervaar het plezier en het comfort van KOKOMO. Deze mooie villa biedt plaats aan maximaal 12 gasten. Het is centraal gelegen voor een gemakkelijke toegang tot pretparken, congrescentra, designer outlets, stranden en golfbanen. Kokomo ligt op een minuut van de Formosa Shopping Village met restaurants, midgetgolf, cadeauwinkels, full service supermarkt, bank, apotheek, en een 24-uurs medische kliniek.

Very Nice

I would have rated this 5 stars, but the layout of sitting area is a little small for 3 families, which I think they could easy change by putting the TV in the room next to where it is. Also, there is an issue with circuit popping in the kitchen. Both of these items are fixable and the overall stay was great!!!

The house was great. I had an issue contacted the owner who was extremely helpful and told me to contact the property management. I did but they never came to resolve the issue, that’s my only complaint.

Beautiful home! Beautiful neighborhood!

This is a beautiful home in a well maintained neighborhood, in a gated community! The rooms are very spacious & the kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils & silverware! We loved having coffee by the pool in the morning & relaxing in the pool in the evening after a busy day! The owners are very nice & were quick to respond when we had questions. Highly recommend this home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Place was as advertised. Plenty of kitchen dishes and towels. Could be a beautiful place if decor were updated, but it was consistent with the pictures. Our only complaint was lack of paper products - we only used 1/2 the bedrooms and ran out of TP and had to buy paper towels because there were none.

Disney stay

The house definitely looked liked the pictures . It was in a great area . It was big enough for my family and we enjoyed the amenities. Draw back to home , 4 out of the six rooms were warmer and uncomfortable. We are from Texas so we like cool rooms . The room to the right as you walk in the door was the worse . The two kid rooms and the other back room with bathroom were warm during day and night . We did open all doors , turn off lights while we were out to help cool it off . But every night was uncomfortable. We had to buy fans for those rooms . Also we know Florida has a bug problem but this house had a pretty big black ant issue . Had to call maintenance they brought a bug spray can and sprayed the areas but even still the front room to right and the swimming pool bathroom was covered with them throughout stay . The kids room that’s green had black ants and another black bug that was all in the bed infested I think . Spray did not help . We couldn’t use that bed . I did contact the owner once and she was responsive about the air . Nothing she could do other than leave it set at 72. The temp in the rooms where 75-78 . I was sweating every night . The maintenance crew did help remedy a few things when we first got there and we appreciated it . Outside the warm house and black ants it was a good stay . I would not do the house again because of that . But we thank the owner for trying .

Amazing home in a great location!

The description of this home did not do it justice. The pool and outdoor space is wonderful. The pool heat kept it a very comfortable temperature. The home has a very good layout and use of space. We were able to enjoy time inside and out as people wanted. The location of the home is easy to access and close to several restaraunts and attractions. We will definitely consider renting this property again!

Very nice house. Family really enjoyed the game room and relaxing in the pool. Unfortunately, the microwave was not working but we were able to make do. Overall, it was a wonderful stay! I would recommend to others and come again!

Amazing get away

My family and I stayed here for a week. We went to Disney which this location was super close 15 mins which was great. The house is spacious very clean. My family loves it. Each person had there own room and bathroom which they loved. Not to mention the pool. Amazing. We went to Clearwater and cocoa beach which was an hour away which wasn’t bad at all. Highly recommend can’t wait to go back to Florida.

Fun in the Florida sun

The house was exactly as pictured in the listing. Large rooms and well equipped kitchen. The pool area was a fantastic place to hang out to wind down after a busy day or for our "rest" days to recoup from our adventures. The kids really enjoyed swimming and splashing around. Our only issue was with the temperature in the house. Luckily we brought a fan with us that we used in the master bedroom in the evenings while sleeping, however our other family members were uncomfortable at night. The children's rooms were extremely hot. I would suggest providing fans for your guests if the thermostat has to be at 75 degrees.

Four Corners Review

Property is amazing and gives any one or any family a great place for a vacation. Everyone enjoyed the private pool, game room and their own space. I would and have recommended this place to family and friends. Only thing I would suggest is even though family is on vacation, resting time is important so the TVs programming should have what channels are available to access. It was not pleasant strolling through to see which channels are accessible and not needing a subscription tom watch.

Family Disney Trip

House looked just like the pictures. I heard from so many people that the house they rented looked nothing like the pictures they saw on line. Everything was nice and clean. The house was fully stocked with everything needed. My grandkids (ranging in age from 21 to 21/2) loved the game room and swimming pool. One of my complaints was the ice maker was not working and the pool needed cleaning. Called the management company and the issues were resolved the next day. My suggestions to the home owners is that the family room couch really needs to be replaced and the door was very hard to open (hard to push handle down). Communication with home owners was easy. I highly recommend renting this home!!!
