Our Chatham Park villa is a 3 bed vacation rental ideally located off Highway 192 near to Medieval Times & Walmart and just minutes away from restaurants, parks, shops and golf courses
Chatham Park Resort is a well-maintained security guarded community consisting of a mix of vacation rentals and permanent residents. The small popular resort consists of 300 single family homes all privately owned and operated. Set on a natural lake, it offers fantastic conservation views and an abundance of wildlife including waterfowl, hawks, turtles and even the occasional gator. Resort facilities include gazebo, tennis/pickleball court, basketball, outside kids play area and large communal pool.
Our stunning villa has a private south facing heart shaped pool offering magnificent views over the lake and also boasts an in-built spa. The pool area has a fine mesh screening which prevents insects from spoiling your vacation but doesn't distract from the beautiful lake view. What could be nicer than enjoying the sun with a cold drink looking out over the lake and watching the local wildlife. The private deck also has a large covered dining area with outside light and fan to allow for dining al fresco. Luxury Palm Casuals outside furniture is provided along with a good selection of pool towels.
Patio table and chairs allow you to enjoy breakfasts and barbeques outside. A gas/propane bbq is available. Umbrellas are provided for shade and a pool hoop for entertainment. The patio has outside lights and the pool itself has multi-colour LED lighting. The patio door leading out to the pool area is alarmed for safety purposes. Pool/spa heating is available for an additional charge on request.
The master bedroom has a King size bed with beautiful white furniture. The bedside cabinets both have reading lamps. The 32" TV has a Roku streaming box with access to Spectrum cable TV, Disney +, Paramount +, Amazon Prime, Netflix plus many other apps. A Sony Playstation 3 provides access to plenty of games and Bluray movies. A ceiling fan offers additional relief on hot nights.
A large walk-in closet provides plenty of storage space and is where you find the installed safe which can be used to hold valuables. The luxurious tiled en-suite has a toilet, sink, large walk-in shower and includes accessories such as hair dryer & straighteners.
The large second bedroom has a Queen size bed and dark grey furniture. The room has a ceiling fan and bedside cabinets with a reading lamp. The 32" TV has a Roku streaming box with access to Spectrum cable TV, Disney +, Paramount +, Amazon Prime, Netflix plus many other apps. A Sony Playstation 3 provides access to games and Bluray movies.
The third bedroom has a Minions theme with a comfortable double and twin bunkbed ideal for all ages. The 32" TV has a Roku streaming box with access to Spectrum cable TV, Disney +, Paramount +, Amazon Prime, Netflix plus many other apps. For the kids there is a Nintendo Wii U games console, XBox and beanbag chairs.
The tiled bathroom has a toilet, sink, bath and shower and includes accessories like a hair dryer.
Due to its size there are two sitting areas within the villa. The tiled lounge area has a large comfortable corner sofa as well as a separate 2 seater. The 50" TV has a Spectrum cable box and a Roku streaming box with access to Disney +, Paramount +, Amazon Prime, Netflix plus many other apps. A Sony Playstation 3 and Nintendo Wii U provide access to plenty of games and the soundbar and sub-woofer offers cinema like sound for those wishing to watch movies. An Amazon Alexa provides music and radio. A SatNav/GPS is available to guests during their stay. Child alarmed patio doors lead out to the pool area.
The computer den has a comfortable 2 seater sofa for putting your feet up and relaxing. We also provide a desktop PC with high speed internet access, WiFi, webcam and printer. We offer free local, long distance and international calls to landlines. The dining area has a large table and chairs which can comfortably seat 6 people.
The kitchen is equipped with quartz worktops, custom made cupboards, cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The sink includes a waste disposal. Other appliances including George Foreman, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, milk frother, waffle maker, popcorn maker, lemonade maker and egg poacher. A second table and chairs allows for informal dining.
The garage has been converted into a games room with an 8 foot slate bed pool table, electronic darts & foosball. A conversion top allows the pool table to be quickly converted into a table tennis table. A washer & dryer are also located here
Linens and a wide selection of bath and pool towels are provided to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. A washer and dryer are available along with iron and ironing board.
As parents of children ourselves, infants and young children are well catered for with items such as high chair, buggy, cot, potty and baby bath.
Our home is fully licensed for short term rental and our local friendly management company are available to provide any necessary support during your stay.
