Na een hectische dag in een van de themaparken, een luie dag op het strand of misschien gewoon tijd doorgebracht rond het zwembad, kunt u ontspannen in een prachtige villa met panoramisch uitzicht op het meer.
Deze ruime, volledig gemeubileerde en onlangs opnieuw ingerichte villa beschikt over een woonkamer, eetkamer, familieruimte, volledig uitgeruste keuken, ontbijtruimte, 3 slaapkamers (master met en-suite), badkamer en wasruimte die leidt naar een dubbele garage. GRATIS WIFI
De prachtige lounge- en eetgedeeltes bevinden zich aan de voorzijde van het pand en leiden naar een grote keuken met alle belangrijke apparatuur en ontbijtruimte. Zowel de comfortabele familie - met grote smart-tv en slaapkamer hebben schuifdeuren die leiden naar de afgesloten patio en het zwembad, die toegang geven tot een overdekte ruimte met een tafel en stoelen voor die warme zomerdagen, allemaal met uitzicht op het meer. De slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een grote inloopkast, slaapkamer 2 heeft een tweepersoonsbed, slaapkamer 3 eenpersoonsbedden, allemaal met tv's. De en-suite badkamer heeft dubbele wastafels, bad, douchecabine en apart toilet. De tweede badkamer is gunstig gelegen tussen de slaapkamers 2 en 3.
De woning is volledig voorzien van airconditioning en heeft zowel kabel-tv als wifi beschikbaar en wordt onderhouden door een lokaal professioneel managementbedrijf.
Highway 192 ligt op slechts 3,2 km afstand en biedt toegang tot een Walmart-supermarkt, talloze restaurants, winkels en ander familie-entertainment. Our granddaughter had received her make a wish and chose Disney world so of course me being her granny I had to b there but I wasn’t interested in staying in the park and this house was only 6 minutes from the Give the kids the world village ( the make a wish families stay there). Upon arrival it was super easy to check in and the house was very clean , which was great because I’m at tad ocd over cleanliness ! I had read other reviews and I was aware they had previous issues with the netting around the pool but in all fairness the storms were very hard and it had knocked some netting down ,I notified them of it and I even told them it was no big deal as most of my time was spent at Disney but the landlord had them out and it was fixed before we even left !! It was a beautiful home and the lake out back even had an alligator amongst all the fish turtles and ducks ,which made my grandchildren so happy to see !! I would definitely recommend this home and I would certainly book it again !!

Easy entrance and alarm disarming. Did notice the pet stains on the carpet in the dinning/lounge area. We did not use this area nor allowed our small dog in the area during our 6 week stay. the nicely decorated house with artificial plants imparted a warm homey feeling. Some of the major appliances were relatively new supporting a functional kitchen. Could have used a cookie sheet but the pizza pan made due. The location was on a side street and traffic and noise was minimal. Slept well on the bed, just had to get use to a foam mattress. It was restful and quiet so we really enjoyed the stay. Would stay again if the opportunity came up.

Easy to find, spacious, pretty lake, quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds. House is in need of paint, grout and carpet. Definitely pet friendly. Could use a doggie gate between formal carpeted rooms and vinyl . I made a barrier with iron board. My pup is only 3lbs. But the carpet had many stains from previous pets. Pool wasn’t heated so we called manager Craig whom walked us through set up. Malfunctioning pool alarm on sliding door went off numerous times and came off door and had to be rehung. Broken shower door handle in master. But none of this ruined our stay. We had wonderful time at parks and this quiet house was a great retreat.

The house is in a great location and perfect for all parks, activities and shopping. Quiet and peaceful and a lovely neighbourhood. The details for the door codes etc need to be clearer and the alarms on the doors and difficult to work. We had issues with cleanliness and general repair of the property. It needs some TLC on basic things like blinds and windows, what really lets it down is cleanliness. It’s a rental so carpets etc you do expect wear and tear however sadly on our arrival hoovering left

When me and my family reached there, house the outside looked very good, I have a habit of taking pictures and recording when I first entered into a place. I’ve never been in, and at the end of my stay. I always take pictures and video record.when we into the inside of the property, there was a whole lot of flaws. (1) the carpets were a mess all different types of stains on the carpets (2) the blind in the living room to the front door was a mess all ripped up. (3) kitchen table, the legs were all wobbly. (4) The lint trapper to the dryer was full up. No one cleaned it out.(6) The bed in the master bedroom was lopsided. We had to sleep down to the foot of the bed instead of to the top of the bed.(7) The chairs at the kitchen table what all stained up also the table top was all marked up.(8) also, The pump to the pool was not working . The property manager came out and he also sent someone to clean the pool. I also contact someone I don’t know if the property manager or who but I contact someone I send them pictures to show them how the place was when we first got there. overall, I stay was not that great.

Communication was great from the start. Received check in information 2 weeks prior to stay. Everything was accurate and informative. Place was very nice, it was clean, had everything we needed. It was a short drive to Disney as well as shopping that we needed. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. We loved the layout of the house, we have two children and the bedrooms are away from the front door. They are directly across the house from the masterbedroom. We had a wonderful stay. We would stay again. Highly recommended.

The villa was spacious in a good, quiet location. About 20-30 mins from Disney. Sofas and beds were comfy, but beds were noisy. The bins were put out for us, strange but appreciated. The villa does come with some issues: - The villa needs a deep clean, we saw dust on the main headboard, on plug sockets, top of TV cabinets etc. - We found a dead gecko (!) in the corner of first living area and dead insects in the master. - The disarm button on the pool door alarm didn’t work from the pool side - noisy coming back in, needs to be fixed. - The pink hairdryer is rubbish. The one in main bathroom is good. - There are lots of loose tiles in the kitchen. There’s one in the middle of the kitchen that’s broken and you could cut yourself if you’re not careful. - The airer is broken - The pool was cold Three days before leaving, we received a phone call at 3pm: “you shouldn’t be there”. It was a very abrupt phone call, and the person didn’t believe us that we were staying 3 more days, so we emailed over the booking of our stay to prove the correct number of days. The cleaner was already there and waiting for us to leave. This is not acceptable. It’s worth noting the time of the phone call at 3pm - perhaps suggesting why the villa wasn’t as clean as it should be.There was no apology from the management or follow up call to reassure us, causing us unnecessary stress. We did enjoy our stay overall, but we think it's in need of some TLC and some updated photos.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. Quiet neighbourhood and about 10 - 15 min drive to restaurants and 10 min drive to groceries/Walmart. Very smooth gaining access to the house and then dis-arming/arming the house alarm. House was very clean inside. Furniture was very comfortable. We were relieved to see that the mattresses had been changed from the hard ones mentioned in previous reviews, to much more comfortable ones. Kitchen was well equipped but required a quick trip to the Dollar Tree. No big deal, we spent about $25 and added the little items “we” use on a regular basis. We had to call the Mgmt Company a couple of times…to get some fry pans and to address issues with the blinds, and in both instances, Craig and Richard were very responsive. The sliding door pool alarms proved to be a pain. One went off at 1:00am and scared the heck out of us! We couldn’t get it to turn off so we had to disarm them by removing the batteries. We re-reinstalled the batteries when we left. Not sure why they are there because the house alarm chimes loudly every time any door or window is opened. The pool was great without the heater but we had unseasonably warm weather during our stay. The view from the pool deck is fantastic. Lots of wildlife. Overall the pool area and some areas inside the house require some attention from an upkeep and maintenance perspective, but these things in no way impacted our stay. We had a very relaxing stay and didn’t want to leave.

The carpets could use a good cleaning. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The house could use some new frying pans, a cookie sheet, a casserole dish and sharper knives. We did enjoy our stay and the view of the lake was very entertaining with all the ducks and an alligator. We stayed for a month and would definitely stay there again.

We could not get in to the house as VRBO sent us old information to get into the house, Had to stay in a motel the first night and pay over 400 dollars to change our ticket home than VRBO tried to blame the home owner for not giving them the current info. Now trying to get a refund.

Pros: Good location, easy access, private pool, lovely view. Cons: Rock hard beds, kitchen somewhat lacking in basics (could not even find a cookie sheet,) pool area needs a little sprucing up.
