• Our home is located on a premium waterfront lot in a gated resort community, Storey Lake Resort. With extra distance to our neighbors, you can enjoy more privacy.
• The west-facing private pool gives you optimal sunlight and beautiful sunset views. We have a beautiful lake view with no rear neighbors.
• This section of Storey Lake is very quiet, with minimal traffic, and our villa is a 5 minute walk to the Hideaway Club. Access to both resort clubhouses is INCLUDED with your stay!

THE VILLA

• Our fully equipped kitchen features a unique outside vented range hood, perfect if you plan to whip up some home meals. We have an electric stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender and coffeemakers.
• Stay connected with lightning-fast 600+ Mbps fiber optic Wi-Fi, ideal for streaming or working remotely.
• The spacious family room has a 75" Samsung Smart 4KTV, and the upstairs loft has a 70" TV and foosball table. Four of the bedrooms also have smart TV's, so you'll have access to hundreds of cable channels or streaming services.
• Comfort is a priority, with central AC and ceiling fans in every bedroom. For your convenience, the home also includes a washer and dryer, as well as essentials like hair dryers, an iron, and ironing board. All bathrooms are outfitted with magnetic shower heads as well.
• Traveling with little ones? We provide a Pack 'n Play crib and high chair, as well as a pool safety fence and stairway baby gate.

OUTSIDE

• Dine al fresco at the outdoor table for four, relax in two cushioned patio chairs, or bask in the Florida sunshine on our two chaise lounges. Enjoy the private pool and spa under our covered lanai.
• Please note: Pool and spa heat are available for an additional $40 per day and must be added for the entire duration of your stay. This service is invoiced separately after booking. If you'd like to enjoy a heated spa, pool heat is required, as the spa cannot be heated independently. During the cooler months (December through March), water temperatures may be lower due to ambient weather conditions.

Our smoke-free home is cleaned and disinfected following procedures that exceed the guidelines of the CDC and other applicable authorities. We provide the highest quality Posturpedic pillow top mattresses to ensure a good night's sleep! Bath and pool towels are provided, as are the following basic cleaning products and toiletries:

- Hand soap
- Dish soap and dishwasher pods
- Laundry detergent pods
- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
- Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in each shower

THE HIDEAWAY CLUB

Just a 5-minute walk from the house, the Oasis Club offers resort amenities for our guest's use. Here you'll find a water park featuring a Lazy River, giant water slides, splash pad, hot tub, and pool. Additionally, the clubhouse features a fully-equipped fitness center, sand volleyball courts, basketball court and a bar + grill. Mini golf and kayak rentals are available for an additional fee. THE BRONSON CLUB

Storey Lake’s second clubhouse, the new Bronson Club, is about 5 minutes away by car. You'll find another water park featuring a Lazy River, pool, and a pirate ship playground, as well as a fitness center with ping-pong and basketball court. This clubhouse also features an arcade as well as a bar + grill.

Our property is Self Check-In & Check-Out. Check-in after 4PM, and check-out before 10AM. You will receive a keypad code a week prior to your arrival which will be valid for your entire stay until check-out.

2-3 cars can be parked on our driveway. Plenty of additional street parking is available for free in front of the house.

Our guests may access the entire home except for the garage. The Hideaway Club and the Bronson Club are part of Storey Lake Resort, and access is included with your stay.

Please note: The garage is not accessible to guests and is used as storage for our operations. Occasionally, our team members may open the garage door to access it; the garage is locked both ways from inside the house and they will not enter the home. If you have questions, please ask us.

We would like to provide our guests with the best service possible during your stay. We will do our best to resolve issues promptly if you reach out right away!

Per Florida regulations, we are unable to provide food items in the refrigerator or pantry including basic condiments, oil, coffee, etc. All food items will be removed after checkout.

There is a security camera monitoring our driveway in front of the house for security. It does not record audio.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance during Florida’s hurricane season (June 1 - November 30). Refunds will adhere to our cancellation policy at the time of booking.
