Happy vacation

We were very pleased with the house, it was beyond our expectations. Very clean, plenty of space, bedrooms & bathrooms. Loved the pool, the water park & playground were bonuses. Neighborhood was quiet. We came to visit the Magic Kingdom and the location of the house was perfect, never took more then 15-20 minutes to get where we were going. One minor thing I’d mention is the exposed pipe by front door, a bit dangerous for tripping on. Overall we had a great time & highly recommend this VRBO. THANK YOU

Awesome Getaway!

When you are combining family under one roof, the children need space😊! This house not only allowed that space, it gave the children their own gathering areas in both the balcony and garage where there is a pool table. The pool area was relaxing and the pool was a nice cool down after a long hot day. The kitchen as well as the pantry areas have PLENTY of storage. Over all: There was plenty of room for all! We felt safe in the gated community. The water park area was very nice for small children, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location, some minor fixes needed

Pros: The location of the resort and of the house within the resort was great. It was close to the community pool/playground area and the resort itself was prime location in relation to Disney. The house pool was awesome! Cons: Multiple lights throughout the house, especially in the bedrooms, weren’t controlled by the switches and instead were controlled by a remote. Two bedrooms didn’t have this remote so we couldn’t turn on the lights/fans. The garbage can in the kitchen was broken. The knob to turn on the hot tub heat was also broken (had to be turned by pliers). These are inexpensive fixes and could be done to improve the rental! Overall we had a great stay!

11 person family trip to Disney World and I couldn’t of picked a better house to stay in. I am a bit of a germaphobe and yet I was very comfortable with the cleanliness of the house . The pool and especially the spa / whirlpool in the back was the highlight of our vacation . We live on the east coast , so enjoying pool time through the months of September through April doesn’t happen for us. (The pool heater was PERFECT.) There was a communal area within the resort with a pool, kids water park, bar.. but their heater was broken and the water was very cold, so we did not park take . Honestly, the heated pool at the house was absolutely perfect so we didn’t mind staying within the house! You definitely need to bring/ buy dish soap, laundry detergent , toilet paper …etc. They set you up with one but they do clearly state this in the confirmation email before your trip. All communication was done very well. The parks were about 20-25 minutes from the house. Grocery store , Walmart, restaurants , liquor stores are all MAX 10 minutes away . I will absolutely keep this place on my favored Vrbo list for our next Florida visit. Highly recommended !

Worry free place to stay

Beautiful, spacious place to stay with family. The private pool was great. We didn't visit the resort amenities because of covid. The place was very clean, but come prepared with all of your own cleaning supplies if staying more than one day. The vaccuum and mop needs replaced. There aren't a lot of restaurant options nearby so plan accordingly (most were 15+ minutes away). Overall a great stay for a family of 5 that just needed a home away from home during the pandemic.

Great Stay-Will Return

House was exactly as pictured! Very spacious and perfect for 6 adults and 5 kids. I'm always nervous when booking a house because you just never know with pictures. Very happy we booked our 7 days Florida stay here. We went to Magic Kingdom, Gatorland, and Seaworld...everything was about 20-25 minutes aways. Airport was 30-40 minutes away. Address they give you isn't really correct when it comes to gps, sent us to Paradis palms resort which is down the street.. Unfortunately, I do have a few Cons and some are very small... -None of the showers have soap holders. It was kind of funny having to put our soap on the floor while in the shower -Parts of the house were very dusty -With it being COVID19 I would have to give the cleaning company they used a 1 out of 5. We came ready to clean the house with Lysol but it would have been nice to know that it was done already. House kind of smelled like they cleaned with dirty water or something. We didn't feel like the cleaning services went above and beyond. Property management company was very responsive to my issue with the towels and when the keypad battery went out and couldn't lock the door, They came immediately! I will be recommending this house and booking again in the future.

Beautiful Property

We had a great experience renting this property for a family getaway. The house is absolutely beautiful; it was very clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only two problems we had were that there were no floor mats in the house (at the doors, near the showers, or coming in from the pool) which was very dangerous, especially with a pool and all time floors in the common areas. We actually had someone fall down walking into the house from the pool. Secondly, the neighbors are VERY close. There is no privacy when you are outside in the pool and we had to listen to loud music from multiple neighboring houses every night.

Beautiful Home/Poor Customer Service

The house was beautiful, clean and well accommodating for everyone. It offered plenty of room. The only disappointment was the lack of effective customer service. Upon arrival the curtain was hanging from the wall that led to the pool, which created a potential hazard, WiFi was out (entire time) and the tv service was in and out at times. The curtain rod eventually fell down leaving the entire back of the house exposed with no privacy. I notified the representatives about the matters but there was no true sense of urgency with it came to resolving the problems. I understand things happen but customer service should be a top priority, which we felt wasn’t the case at all and this was a huge disappointment. It seemed like no one went in and inspected the house and made sure everything was operating properly before we arrived. Not a good first impression. Again, the house was very nice and the location was great but the customer service was not the best. Hopefully the next renters will get better results.
