Cloud 9 3/4 is a lovely vacation rental home just 2.8 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including one master suite. This spacious villa sleeps 6 people in comfort. The great room has a wall-mounted, 70-inch, flat-screen TV with a Bluray player. Every bedroom also has a flat-screen TV. The southern facing pool sits on a large pool deck surrounded by a privacy fence. The game room features a pool table, Foosball and a video game machine.

PLEASE NOTE: The hot tub has been removed!!! The optional pool heat is available for $30 PER DAY IN ADDITION TO THE DAILY RATE. Pool heat is recommended for stays occurring October through April. Pool heat is included in the daily rate in the months of June, July and August. Please let us know if you want the optional pool heat for your stay and we will add it to your reservation.

For Florida vacation villas, one of the most prized amenities is the pool and Cloud 9 3/4 has a great one! The huge pool deck offers plenty of room to relax around the giant, southern facing pool. A southern facing pool is desirable for the most sunshine on the pool throughout the day, but if it gets too hot, sip on a drink at the table and chairs located in the covered lanai. Of the three exits from the villa to the lanai, one is in the shared bathroom, so no need to walk through the villa with wet feet when nature calls. The screen enclosure covering the pool deck keeps out the bugs and lizards, while the privacy fence keeps out the prying eyes of neighbors. If you have little ones, the pool alarms on all doors and the removable toddler fence provide a safer and more relaxing experience for all. If you are visiting in the cooler months, POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

The inside of this villa is even more spectacular than the outside! The thoughtful floor plan gives a bright, airy feel to the living area while offering convenient separation of the dining and kitchen areas. The living room has vaulted ceilings skylights for plenty of light. Cloud 9 3/4 is decorated throughout with a Harry Potter theme. Not just the kids room, the whole villa! The great room has a 70-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV, a Bluray player and some movies for your enjoyment. All four TV's in the villa have free cable TV through Hulu on the Roku streaming devices. All TV's can also login to your favorite Roku apps like Netflix. Of course there is also complimentary, high-speed, wireless internet. Near the front door, there is a wireless printer which works with NFC and Wi-Fi, so you can print those boarding passes or maps right from your smart phone or tablet!

Off the living area to the right is the king bedroom suite. The king bedroom is decorated with a Harry Potter Patronus theme. Stretch out in comfort on the king-sized bed and relax with your own flat screen TV or step out to the lanai through your own sliding doors. The king bathroom features a huge garden tub as well as a 6-foot, custom tiled, shower stall. The walk-in closet provides plenty of space for clothes. Know your valuables are secure in the hotel-style safe located in the king suite closet. On the right side of the villa is the queen bedroom and the twin bedroom. The queen bedroom is thmed with Magical Creatures and features a queen-sized bed and has its own flat-screen TV. The queen bedroom and the twin bedroom share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The twin bedroom is Hogwarts themed and has two twin beds.

One of the best features of this floorplan is that it is open, but the kitchen and dining area have a feeling of separation from the living area. The dining area features a roomy table with seating for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and side-by-side fridge with filtered water and an ice maker. All the cookware, dishes and utensils you need are there.

No vacation villa would be complete without a game room. Cloud 9 3/4 has a game room featuring a pool table, a Foosball table and a full sized vintage arcade machine with 60 freeplay classic arcade games. The laundry units are also located in the game room as well as other items for your convenience, such as an ironing board, a stroller and a highchair. There is also a pack and play located in the villa. We love families and children, so if there is something missing that you need for your baby, toddler, children or family, let us know and chances are we will purchase it for the villa!

It was in need of a bit of TLC, but over the next couple of months, we did extensive improvements to bring it up to its current beauty!
