Club Walt is our third vacation rental and we pride ourselves on having a place that we ourselves would want to escape to. Every detail from the kitchen furnishings, curated decor, linens and cleanliness is to the highest standard.

Ideally situated just nineteen minutes to Disney World’s Magic Kingdom, twenty-four minutes to Universal Studios, and twenty-eight minutes to Orlando International Airport. The gated community includes a fitness center and resort style pool with kids area and waterslides.

We require that you send a photo ID after booking along with a breakdown on the number and ages of guests. We do not allow groups of 18-25 year-olds, or groups such as clubs that are selling individual spots. We will allow school or church groups, but only up to the maximum occupancy and only with one adult for every 5 students.

Access is via electronic keypad. An alarm system is available.
There is a doorbell with camera that records audio and video 24/7. There is also a camera overlooking the front of the property including the parking area that records audio and video 24/7. There are no other cameras inside.
We provide shampoo, conditioner, body washer, bath towels and pool towels. We provide a starter set of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, one laundry pod, dishwasher pods and bags, but depending on your size and length of stay you will likely need to purchase additional supplies.

Kitchen utensils include: Kitchen Aide mixer, pots and pans, 4 slice toaster, blender, griddle, tea pot, tall stock pot, several sizes of pans, small and medium pots, Mr. Coffee coffee pot (filter type), two refrigerator/freezers, two dishwashers, one range/oven. There is a Walmart, Sam's Club, Target and Publix Grocery store within five minutes. You can also arrange via Instacart to have your grocery order delivered on your first evening here.
There is a strict maximum of seven vehicles-- you will park tandem deep in the driveway. No parking on street is allowed. 10pm-6am noise ordinance; absolutely no parties. Noise violations, excess vehicles or unregistered excessive guests (i.e. parties) will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments. This property is no smoking or vaping. If you smoke in the property there will be an additional charge of $2,000. No pets are allowed. Any pets will result ion an $800 additional cleaning fee plus damage. Our insurance policy requires that we have a separate rental agreement that will be sent to you to sign via DocuSign. We require a copy of government issued ID that matches the credit card used.
Please note that the security deposit is simply a hold placed on your card at check-in and released a few days after checkout. It will not show up on your card as a charge or as a refund.
