Aankomst/ontvangst laat op de avond was zeer vriendelijk, geboekte kamer was niet beschikbaar. Dus werd aan ons een ander type kamer gegeven. meubilair op kamer zag verouderd uit maar prima voor een nachtje. Badkamer was niet echt schoon, beddengoed met gaatjes en enkele kleine scheurtjes was minder uitnodigend om te slapen. Maar we waren moe en deden het er maar mee. We werden in de ochtend wakkergemaakt door langdurig brandalarm. Mensen stonden in slaapkleding buiten maar niemand van het personeel kwam naar waar we stonden om uitleg te geven. Na een kwartier naar de lobby gelopen, bleek het een test te zijn geweest. De aankondiging zou in de lift opgehangen zijn. Bij aankomst niets hierover vernomen, ook lag de aankondiging niet op de kamer. Ontbijt was karig, alle servies en bestek van wegwerpmateriaal. Voldoende zenders op TV. Zwembad hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt. Overvlienende vliegtuigen duidelijk hoorbaar. Shuttle was op tijd vertrokken naar luchthaven.

Lekker dichtbij de luchthaven maar wel onder de startbaan je wordt om 4.00 wakker gemaakt. Daarnaast op de kamer maar 1 prullenbak, vieze haren in de gootsteen

Peoperty couls use updating but overall it was a good place to stay for 1 night. The beds are super hard!

The hotel is very run down. I would rate it as a 4/10. Proximity to airport was very convenient The shuttle was done by 9pm so we were unable to use it the evening we arrived. The breakfast the next day was good with a good. Variety.

Love how it was just 3 minutes away from the airport. Many conviene stores and restaurants in the area. Was not far from any of the attractions parks. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Room were very clean however things do need some updates. It did seem as it was getting some renovation. I would suggest upgrading the shower head in the bathroom to them and changing the microwave in the rooms. Overall will be using this location again!

I picked this hotel for pet friendliness and airport shuttle. there was no airport shuttle and I waited over an hour at the airport for a shuttle that would never arrive. after I booked I recieved an email from the hotel and no mention of the shuttle situation. cable TV kept freezing so I connected to the internet to watch YouTube. internet not even fast enough for YouTube!

The hotel itself was nice and close to things but We stayed there because it was close to the airport and I called to check how much parking was a gentleman told me it was free the first night and then additional parking was 5$ a night so we canceled are reservation at park n go but then get to the hotel another man says that’s it’s 15$ a night and 5$ for the first night so we decided to still do it but he neglected to say we needed to put our name on a list or put us on a list for a shuttle he gave us the paper for our car window and that was it . We were taking and wanted to know the times the shuttles leave because he didn’t say so we called down to the lobby the women answered and told us they run every 30 mins but we needed to be on a list and so she added us but she neglected to say we needed to be in the lobby 10 mins before we got down there right at 6:29 and the shuttle was gone had just left and would not turn around . We had to cancel are payment there and run to parking spot right next door and thankfully they could take us or else we would have missed our flight to Costa Rica . I did not appreciate the mis communication and rudeness from the lady that morning . This was on 3/13 . They refunded the money for that but only after I called a couple times so the lady knowingly just didn’t cancel it even tho we didn’t stay there with our car . I won’t be coming back just because of all that .

The hotel desperately needs a remodel, bathroom ceiling was peeling, the hallways smelled of something, not sure what but not pleasant. The room smelled like burnt cookies, the floors and sheets felt damp. We had to get up super early for a flight and arrived late so no time to change hotels. Lastly, the next morning we had ZERO hot water for the showers. When I alerted the front desk, one agent didnt look up from her computer, the other said oh, we will tell maintenance, no apology for the inconvenience. Overall disappointing experience.

The whole place smells, you notice it as soon as you walk in. Fourth floor especially. We have two rooms. One room smells like the rest of the hotel , almost like a smokey / wet dog smell. The second room smells like a very strong dog smell or vomit. Not joking. I would not stay here again.
