  • Welkom in onze gezellige woning met 3 slaapkamers, 2,5 badkamers, een privézwembad (verwarmd zwembad $55 per dag), een vuurplaats en huisdieren zijn welkom! Onze woning is perfect voor gezinnen en groepen en biedt je een ontspannen verblijf vlak bij de Disney-parken, Sea World, Universal Park, Legoland en talloze andere attracties, restaurants en een winkelcentrum. Geniet van een verfrissende duik in het zwembad, een vuurplaats voor gezellige avonden onder de sterren, een barbecue, je kunt tafeltennissen en elektrisch darten, lekker ontspannen in de woonkamer en genieten van maaltijden in onze volledig uitgeruste keuken en comfortabele slaapkamers – JE VERBLIJF WORDT ONVERGETELIJK!
    Maar wat dit huis echt bijzonder maakt, is de centrale ligging: op slechts enkele minuten van de luchthaven, zodat je je vakantietijd optimaal kunt benutten. Je hebt gemakkelijk toegang tot de belangrijkste snelwegen, zoals de Turnpike en de 417. Bovendien liggen veel grote themaparken op slechts een klein eindje rijden. We loved this house! It was in a great location, was clean, and had a lot of fun amenities. The host was responsive and so gracious. If we're ever back in Kissimmee, we will definitely want to stay here again!

My brothers and I stayed at Yessenia & Caelos's home for a boy's golf weekend. It was a wonderful experience. From the large TV's to the BBQ Grill (Which is huge) and the three comfortable beds i would go back again. Also, the kitchen was big and that helped as we cooked in Saturday night.

The entire property is clean and well maintained. Everything you could ever need is available for guest use from the kitchen to the pool to the outdoor areas. The indoor areas are particularly geared toward families with children. 4 big screen tvs prepared to allow kids to plug in their gaming system, ping pong, darts, karaoke you name it’s probably in this property. As a former life long resident who was back for a visit I particularly appreciated the location of this property, it’s close to lots of dining and shopping with easy access to major highways. And lastly the hosts were very responsive and helpful through the entire process.

Our family stayed here for 10 days. Its a quiet neighborhood with overnight security at the gate. The place is easy to get to and has driveway parking. It is close to the turnpike so travelling to and from attractions /parks is easy. It has a nice backyard area with the pool, firepit and covered sitting areas with a fence all the way around. The house is large and has plenty of room, but note the bedrooms are upstairs. We just had 4 people but it would be comfortable for another family easily. The host was very helpful and replied immediatly to any communication and check in and out was super easy. We would stay there again for sure.

For the past 10 years, I have stayed each year at various rental properties in this subdivision. This is by far THE BEST rental we have found in the area. Everything was super clean, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well-appointed. We didn't need to buy anything to make our stay more comfortable. I cannot say that about other properties. The host was very responsive to my questions and responded with kindness. The backyard setup was a great retreat. The pool was clean, and there was no lack of seating for relaxing. Although there were only two adults on this trip, this property is absolutely family-friendly.Without a doubt, we will book this property for our next stay!

I loved this house!

This house was more than amazing. It was beyond clean, had everything we could want and more (it was so well stocked we brought some things that we never would have needed to bring), super spacious, comfortable, air conditioning was the right temperature. Everything was simple and easy when entering. I would 100% stay here again on my next trip to Florida. It was perfect for my husband and I and our pups for our Disney vacation. Oh let me not forget my favorite part, the beautiful backyard and the amazing pool. If I could keep this place forever I would! The owners were great and answered any questions we had, and were always pleasant. If your considering this place, don’t think about it, book it!

Amazing House

We were visiting family in the area plus some Florida attractions and this house met all our needs and more. We arrived late at night but we got into the home without an issue. The house was spotless, and the pool was clean and remained clean our whole stay. The neighborhood was very quiet (we were there for 10 days and even the weekends was quiet). My daughter loved the lights in the bedroom and she had a blast at the ping pong table and in the pool. There were several floats to use too. The house also was well stocked and had every kitchen appliance we needed. We can’t wait to visit again. I highly suggest everyone to book this home on your next stay.

Great stay

Host were very prompt whenever we had a question or if there was an issue. Pool and outdoor areas are nice. Could use an update as the outside umbrella rotted and fell down and the cushions looked old. However, they were fine sitting on them. The inside was great and the kitchen area was very updated. They had firewood for us to burn and they had all of the amenities (laundry detergent, soap and shampoo, etc.) Neighborhood was very quiet and the backyard felt very secluded. About a 5-10 minute drive to groceries and food places too.
