You`ll be greeted by a cozy living space adorned with comfortable furnishings, where you can unwind after a day of adventures. The kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals, featuring modern appliances and ample counter space.

The two well-appointed bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements.

Welcome to our 900 sq ft home originally built in the 50s 🙂.

The Space

- Living Room has two couches, one large enough for a younger ones to crash on. There is a smart TV equipped with plenty of channels as well as access to your favorite streaming apps. Just log in and have the ability to stream your favorite apps away from home.

-Bedroom 1 has a queen bed l, large closet and wifi enabled smart 📺 TV. Room has sound machine to assist with sleeping.

-Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, large closet and wifi enabled smart 📺 TV in this room as well. Room has a sound machine to assist with sleeping

-Bathroom sits off the kitchen and has a vanity, shower tub combo.

-Kitchen comes stocked with pots, pans, silverware, hot water kettle, coffee maker and more.

-Sunroof has a high top dinning table for 4 and a sofa bed that sleeps 1.

-Backyard has a small deck, BBQ grill and some sun loungers to enjoy the outdoors and sunny days!

-Laundry room is off the kitchen and located inside the garage space

Guest have access to the property, backyard, front yard

Interaction is as needed. we follow your lead!

Located off a busy road there is the potential for noise at some times of the day (rush hour)

Please do not park on the front lawn as we have a septic tank and doing so can damage it.

By booking this property, you agree to the following:

- No Events or Parties

- Smoking is PROHIBITED. Buckets are provided outside the front and back doors for smoking ONLY outside - $500 smoke remediation fee if the unit is found to have been smoked in.

- 🚭- No Pets or Animals over 25lbs - ALL PETS MUST be disclosed on the reservation count (like a guest)

Registered guests only. No none registered guests

We ask kindly - please do not leave pets unattended in the home if you are away.

If smoking outdoors, Cigarettes 🚬 are to be discarded in the sand buckets provided for you (one by entryway door and one out on the rear patio).

Failure to keep this area clean will result in an extra cleaning fee for having these removed from the exterior areas ($75-125 estimated cost).
