Cute Guest House In Winter Park minuten van het centrum in de auto

  • Geniet van ons pension en de nieuwe ruimte die we in oktober 2015 hebben gecreëerd! Het pension heeft een kitchenette met twee glazen branders, koelkast, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, convectiemagnetron, AC-wandunit, tv met HD-antenne voor meer dan een dozijn lokale kanalen (we hebben het snoer doorgesneden, maar de tv is een slimme TV met Netflicks, HBO Go, Amazon Prime Video), wifi (50 Mbps), keukengerei, borden / mokken. Het pension heeft een queensize CASPER bed (bekijk het online), ideaal voor koppels of individuele reizigers. We kunnen maximaal 2 gasten meenemen in deze studio om comfortabel te passen.

    Je hebt een aparte privé-ingang naar het pension op de site van het hoofdgebouw. Het pension ligt in onze achtertuin van het hoofdgebouw. Tijdens uw verblijf heeft u ook gratis parkeergelegenheid voor het hoofdgebouw.

    DE BUURT
    Winter Park heeft een verscheidenheid aan dingen te zien en te doen, daarom houden we van de buurt. Tal van ongelooflijke eetgelegenheden, ook geweldige winkels en de beroemde parklaan is slechts een korte autorit verwijderd. Je kunt ook gemakkelijk op de I-4 springen om je door de hele stad te brengen en de wereldberoemde attracties, outlet-winkelcentra of I-Drive-gebied te bezoeken.

    HUISREGELS zijn:
    - Niet roken in het gastenverblijf, alleen buiten
    - Alleen geregistreerde huurders zijn toegestaan in de studio, geen overnachtende gasten.
    - Parkeren is gratis, parkeer aan onze kant van de straat, niet aan de overkant van de straat.
    - Vergrendel de voordeur bij het verlaten, druk gewoon op de Schlage-knop en vergeet niet de AC-wandunit uit te schakelen.
    - Was de vaat voor het afrekenen.
    - Huurders moeten een volledig geverifieerd profiel hebben om dit pension te boeken via het verificatiesysteem van de verhuurder.
    - De studio bevindt zich op een septic tank, spoel alleen toiletpapier door het toilet. Geen Femine-producten, doekjes, papieren handdoeken of condooms in het toilet. Deze items blokkeren het septische systeem en als u een back-up van het systeem maakt, verliest u uw borg.
    - Als u problemen ondervindt tijdens uw verblijf, breng dit dan onmiddellijk onder onze aandacht zodat we het tijdens uw verblijf kunnen aanpakken en dienovereenkomstig kunnen behandelen.
    - Geen vraag is een domme vraag, aarzel niet om iets te vragen :)

    We raden u aan een auto te huren om uw beperkte tijd hier in Winter Park / Orlando te maximaliseren. We bieden gratis parkeren voor het huis aan onze kant van de straat. De woning bevindt zich in de buurt van de volgende gebieden met de auto:

    Zoals je kunt zien, raden we je ten zeerste aan om tijdens je bezoek een auto te bezoeken om te zien wat de stad te bieden heeft. U kunt parkeren op straat voor het huis en ja parkeren is GRATIS!

    Als u tijdens uw verblijf geen auto heeft, kunt u UBER als uw taxi gebruiken, voor gebruikers die voor het eerst een gratis tegoed krijgen, downloadt u eenvoudig de app (iOS, Android en Windows) en voert u de promotiecode "SFJYP" in.

    Of u kunt LYFT gebruiken, voor gebruikers die de app voor het eerst downloaden en promocode "javier424" gebruiken voor gratis credits.

Winter Park haven

My wife and I had another restful and peaceful stay in this Winter Park apartment, close to family, restaurants and shopping. Thumbs up!

Perfect location for Winter Park

If you want to be close to Winter Park - and within relatively easy walking distance - then this is a perfect location - and the area felt quite safe - the residence is quaint but somewhat smaller than expected from the pictures - all amenities match its description - only minor criticism is quality of the bathtub/shower - it was a bit disappointing and not in keeping with the quality of the rest of the rooms and appointments of the residence. If we were to return to this part of greater Orlando we would consider this property.

A comfortable place to hang your hat at the end of the day.

The apartment is convenient to Winter Park and all of the restaurants that are there offered. There is also great shopping nearby; REI, Winter Park Village, a variety of cute shops in old-town Winter Park. We'll be back!

Perfect location!

This was the best rental experience. Such a welcome and well equipped apartment. I was alone but an additional person would not have been crowded. It is very quiet and private. Owner communication is awesome. Highly recommended

10 day stay

It works well and I do remote work. It would be nice if there was room for a chair to relax. The tv service is pretty bad and very slow. Nice neighborhood. Place is clean and enjoyable.

Good communication.

Lots of "fees", for the price, not impressed. Quality was lacking. Shower was poorly designed, really hot, could not regulate the water temp. (which was fine but if you're going to have this as a guest house, I would recommend fixing it.) AC was really loud, they don't want you to run it all day, so it's hot when you return. The bathroom had small ants on the floor and had a sewer musty smell. Overall the owners had good communication, it was a safe place, and parking was accessible. We're not high maintenance, just expected it to be a bit more quaint compared to the listing.

Great Place!

This was the perfect place for two! We were in the area for our daughter's graduation. We didn't need a big place and we enjoy being able to fix food. We had issues when we got there regarding our reservation, but this was quickly cleared up. Muriel and Javier we very attentive to our needs.

The positive - it was clean. The negatice - the “guest house” is not charming.

While this property was clean and the little kitchen well stocked those were the only redeeming qualities. The first set of sheets were synthetic and uncomfortable. The next set, although cotton were old and beat up. We gor only 2 towels. The airconditioner is very loud. The shower disn’t work well and rhe spigot in the tub shower lifted off the wall. Mystified as to how they can charge so much for such a depressing place. The reviews did not match our experience.

Clean, private, convenient location everything as advertised

We stayed at this guest house for 4 nights, it was very clean, private, quiet and in a convenient location and quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and the studio is as pictured. There is plenty of space for two and a nice bathroom with a good assortment of toiletries provided. The location is very convenient especially to the areas north of Orlando. There are many excellent restaurants nearby. Although we were not there to visit the theme parks it is a very easy drive to them also. Javier and Muriel were very quick to return our call to answer a question and we would definitely recommend booking this property. It is an excellent value for this area. We would stay here again. Cute guest house

Great location near downtown Winter Park. The owners checked in after the first night to make sure all was well. They quickly fixed a minor issue with the tv. The space is a studio apartment with a queen bed, full bath, and kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, and 2 burners. Coffee and sugar was provided. Air conditioning is a wall unit. A little noisy but not unbearable. May want to request that air be turned on an hour or so prior to arrival as it took a while to cool upon arrival. Overall, a cute guest house.

Winter Park Art Festival Weekend Accommodations

We enjoyed this lovely backyard guest house in a quite and very safe Winter Park neighborhood that is close to Park Avenue and near restaurants and shopping. We were in the room only to sleep and shower, but enjoyed the ambiance and the very comfortable Casper bed. The owners were in communication via email before and during the stay and had water and sweets in the room when we arrived. If you are looking for a quite and cozy place to stay this one is for you.

Perfect Spot!

This is the perfect spot to access all Winter Park has to offer. It is clean, cozy and comfortable. Our hosts were welcoming and attentive. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Good location, nice people

The property was great, the perfect size and location. It was clean and ready for us on arrival. The owners made suggestions on activities in the area during our stay, and refunded us without question when we asked to leave one day early. However, after we left we received an email regarding potential damage to the entrance blinds. The approach and subsequent correspondence with the property owners was unprofessional and petty. The overall stay was a good experience minus this final aspect.

Great functional space clean and comfortable

Enjoyed my stay for a few days. Owners went above and beyond to put little "touches" inside such as folded towels, info pockets etc. very clean. The AC and vent fan make great white noise. The oven/microwave combo was great to have.
