This was unfortunately the worst VRBO experience we’ve had.The property was not as advertised and had multiple maintenance issues. The sliding door was permanently locked (despite being listed as a feature), which was one of the main reasons we booked. Communication with the property manager was poor—calls weren’t returned and responses were slow and unhelpful.The Nest thermostat didn’t function properly, making it difficult to stay comfortable. The primary bedroom bed and pillows were in very poor condition, and the bathroom showed visible wear, stains, and corrosion. We documented everything upon arrival.The guest bathroom toilet required multiple flushes, TVs frequently didn’t work, and the barstools felt cheap and unstable. The living room only comfortably seated two people, which wasn’t ideal for our group. We were also asked to take our trash upstairs despite paying a cleaning fee.Positives: small touches like candy and water were appreciated, and the location was convenient to Universal Studios and nearby restaurants.Overall, due to poor upkeep, lack of responsiveness, and misleading listing details, we would not recommend this property.
