Guests will have private access to the entire condo, with the exception of one locked supply closet. You will also have full access to the resort-style community amenities, available until sundown.

Free, unassigned parking is available directly in front of the building.

* Accessibility: Please be aware that the condo is located on the second floor and the building does not have an elevator. Guests must be able to climb stairs.
* Florida Climate: Our condo is professionally cleaned and maintained. However, due to Florida's warm, humid weather, it is possible to occasionally see local critters like ants or palmetto bugs seeking shelter.
* Travel Insurance: We highly recommend all guests purchase traveler insurance for their trip.
