We are the new owners of this awesome newly renovated theme roomed home only 5 minutes away from Disney! A warm welcome to our luxurious 6 bedroom 4 bathroom pool home which has been totally redecorated throughout by a professional design company, complete with 3 themed bedrooms and fully loaded themed game room! Also, boasting brand new appliances throughout including front loading washer with large capacity and matching dryer as well as pillow top beds. We also recently added Ms Packman Arcade Console, Disney Princess Barbies, Disney Princess Dress Ups, a Pírate Ship and figurines, super hero capes, and a Nintendo Switch…just to name a few things we’ve added for our second home to feel like home to us. We are delighted for you to Be Our Guest!

Our family has always had a dream to own a vacation home right near Disney and now this is a reality, and we are honored to share our home and dream with you. We wanted a home where the rooms are magical, the game room is adventurous, the pool and spa provide time in the sun, and the home has plenty of room for gathering the family. This home is the right place to build magical memories for the entire family!

Quality and comfort has been our focus when decorating our home and if you wish to have all your home comforts and more with stylish well designed surroundings this the vacation home you have been looking for.

Our home boasts of 3 stunning Disney-Licious theme rooms for the children: Choose from a spectacular Disney princess room where you own darling princesses can stay in a Cinderella’s Carriage beds with wonderful full wall mural showing the princesses in the ballroom. For your boys there is a swash bucking pirate room, where you can sleep on the high seas, or a fun packed Mickey Mouse room with professionally painted mural of Mickey and friends. All theme rooms have twin beds, cable TV and play stations or DVD players.

Our Manhattan themed game room provides fun for all the family! The adventurous game room includes 8 ft. slate pool table, foosball, soft tip darts, and my personal favorite…air hockey. We also have installed a 42 inch plasma television with play station, games and a Nintendo Switch, as well as a children’s play area for younger guests with complete with a doll house, train set, children’s table and chairs, books and toys. All this is fully air conditioned for your comfort. We also provide free high-speed internet access throughout the home.

There are 2 king bedrooms, one with a canopy bed and both have ensuite bathrooms. The third adult bedroom has a queen bed which is the room on the main floor living and the adult rooms boast of 42 inch plasma televisions complete with cable TV.

There is plenty of living space for all of the family, with 2 living areas, one with leather sectional and 50 inch flat screen TV with DVD player and VD library and there is a formal dining room for family meals. The fully equipped kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances complete with fridge with door ice maker and water, breakfast bar and breakfast area for casual dining.

The private pool and spa has a wonderful open aspect and includes an extended screened lanai. There is plenty of outdoor furniture including Loungers, dining table and chairs as well as children’s outdoor furniture for smaller guest. Some evenings you may be able to see Disney fireworks while relaxing at the outside spa because the resort is so close.

We have included all home comforts, stunning décor, comfortable beds plus more to ensure your trip is truly memorable! We have also provided a pack and play, highchair, and stroller for those with young children. (We have three grandchildren so we need these on our visits to the home.)

Windsor Hills is a popular gated resort with 24-hour security and 24-hour access for our tenants (up to three cars). Some of the magnificent features of this community include a luxurious water park, pool, with fountains, waterslides, spa, separate toddler pool, tennis and volleyball courts as well as children’s castle playground. An enormous clubhouse overlooking the pool with pool tables, video game area, sundry shop for last minute items, fitness room with top-of-the-line fitness equipment, and high-definition surround sound movie theatre. There are other outdoor recreational activities surrounding the double Olympic-size swimming pool creating a relaxing, playful atmosphere for the entire family! All of the Windsor Hill amenities are included for free in your booking fees. Windsor Hills has been rated as a five-star resort, but with your visit you will also have comfort, convenience, and privacy of a private home with your own swimming pool and hot tub.

One of the main things that sets our Luxury Home apart from the others in Windsor Hills is that there are no back neighbors and it is a wonderful end lot to give you the best privacy possible.

In addition to Walt Disney World being less than 5 minutes away from the resort, Universal Studios and Sea world are also close by- just 15 minutes away. The Mystic Sand Dunes Golf Course is less than 5 minutes away as well. Walmart is less than 2 miles away for convenient shopping and there is a small store on site for last minute needs. There is also a vast assortment of golf, shopping, and dining options nearby.

We have a dedicated 24hr management company looking after our home and are on call 24hrs to ensure you have a comfortable stay. We have regular pest control that comes to the home and regular maintenance to the yard and home. Provided are fresh linens and towels, however during your stay you will have a self-catering environment.
