This home is ideal for family and friends vacation. Professionally designed and furnished, this home is host comfortably 8 people.

If you are tired of going to the parks every day, enjoy some rest and have some fun with your kids and friends in your private pool at home or at the amazing Resort Clubhouse that offers a cafe/bar & grill, a big pool with double water slide, gym, playground, movie theater, basketball, and sand volleyball court and a fantastic arcade.

After your daily adventures at the parks, you'll enjoy your private retreat complete with an outdoor oasis pool.

FIRST FLOOR:
1 large room with king size bed and attached full bathroom

SECOND FLOOR:
1 King masters with and en-suite shower
1 large room with a queen size bed and attached shared full bathroom
1 large room with 2 twin beds and attached shared full bathroom

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM:
Kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, baking sheet, blender, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, waffle maker, slow cooker, oven, refrigerator w/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, silverware, dishware, cooking basics. Dining room table seats 8 people and there are 4 barstools at the island.

PATIO/OUTDOOR AREA:
Screened private pool with heating available at an additional cost of $55/night- it must be for the entire stay. Outdoor dining table and pool lounge chairs.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.
A starter of complimentary toilet rolls, paper towel, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your initial convenience only.

FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder, pepper and salt will be provided prior to check in.

EXTRAS:
POOL HEATING: Can be added as an additional service to the reservation. It is an additional cost of $55/night and has to be for the entire stay, we do not do partial payments. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date.

BBQ GRILL: Can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of $110. This will cover the cleaning of the grill, so you do not have to worry about cleaning it before checkout.
After 15 days Guests will also be responsible for obtaining their own propane.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

RECEIVING PACKAGES:
You may have packages delivered to the home during your stay. In most cases, they are held at the Clubhouse. To retrieve your packages, please go to the Clubhouse and provide your name and the address where you’re staying. The resort charges a fee per package.
Please note that the resort does not accept or handle any USPS (United States Postal Service) mail or parcels. Only deliveries from private couriers such as Amazon, UPS, and FedEx are accepted. Additionally, the resort is not responsible for any lost or returned packages.
