Fantastic vacation home
This was a fantastic vacation home located just minutes from Disney and a ton of other things. The pool and hot tub on the property were wonderful and everything was as it was described. We had no complaints. Would definitely stay there again.

We apologize about the next door neighbor’s equipment — the noise was probably from pool equipment that needed servicing. We reached out to the neighbor about it — said they were taking care of it. We are glad that you enjoyed everything despite the noise. And, thank you for letting us know!

The house was amazing in all areas. Could maybe use more seating in the living room as we had a couple of rainy days & not enough seating for the adults . Pool was great & got a lot of use. Really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful villa close to Disney
Our family vacation was made comfortable in our rental. Exactly as pictured. Our grandchildren, ages 7 & 10 loved the pool. We asked for it heated because of the time of year. On off days from the parks everyone gathered at the pool for a day in the sun. We made memories to last a lifetime. The hosts were just a text away. The only downside was the construction in the back of the house which the hosts told us about beforehand. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Family Disney Trip
We stayed at the property for a family Disney Trip. The house was very clean upon arrival. We did not have any issues checking-in. Smooth process overall. Basic needs are supplied. The owner, Janine, was very easy to communicate with and she responded very quickly. She was very easy to work with. She gives detailed instructions for renting out the the house to make the process smooth. The house itself is very pretty. The pool was nice and we payed extra to have it heated and it was definitely worth it! I would rent again in the future 😊

Bachelorette Disney Weekend
This property was exactly as described! We had 5 women staying for a Disney Bachelorette weekend and everyone raved about the house and the accommodations. Especially the pool and hot tub, I think we used it every day of our stay. Very close to Disney and Icon park. Communications with Janine were very easy and she was quick to respond to my questions. Definitely recommend for large family vacations or get togethers.

Annual Family Vacation
We loved staying at this beautiful home for our annual family vacation. It was great with so many bedrooms and bathrooms available for our large family. We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The pool was amazing!! We had a few issues getting the air temp right but the owner was amazing at working with me to get it so we was cool and comfortable. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

My family stayed here for a week long Disney and Universal trip. The home ws clean and had everything thing our large group needed. We had 5 kids, 5 adults and we had plenty of baby items to help us during our stay. We were close to everything and enjoyed a rest day at the resort pool.The owner was very responsive to my questions and even made sure to mail me a couple important items that were left at the home. This home is perfect for a family on a Disney vacation and is our second time to stay here. All amenities are as stated and sleeps 10 comfortably. The location is great so when you are ready to head home after a busy Disney day it’s just a 15 minute ride. Janine has provided all information you need for the home as well as surrounding area and activities. The pool and hot tub are a great way to relax. We will plan to stay here on our next visit and recommend others to check this one out!!

House and location where good. The neighborhood had a couple of nice play areas for the littles. House was nice and fit description. Lots of traffic outside the neighborhood but a lot just seemed to be local. We enjoyed the house and pool. I will say the pool was the best temperature out of the last 3 places we have stayed!

Highly recommend this rental home! We vacationed with another family, four adults and five kids (ages 5-15). This home was a perfect fit for everyone. The location is great; close to shopping with Disney just a short drive away. The home is beautiful, CLEAN, well-maintained, and has thoughtful conveniences to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The owner takes the time to prepare you for arrival, is quick to respond, easy to work with, and very kind. This is a gated (lovely) community. If you’re arriving right at check-in time, please be prepared to wait in line. The process is thorough and lengthy (but necessary!). After initial check-in, we never experienced a line.

Wonderful house
A spacious, very clean house close to Disney. The house is perfect for large families as there is enough personal space for everyone. The pool table and air hockey games were an added bonus. The house has a screened-in pool and hot tub and a patio area. We sat beside the pool several evenings. The wifi is very fast and reliable. The home even has a stroller for those with young children. Moreover, there is an alarm on the patio door leading to the pool area and a fence around the pool, making the area safe for very young children. The Windsor Hills development has lots of amenities - such as several playgrounds and a water park - that are wonderful. The house is close to lots of restaurants and shops and about 10 minutes from Disney. The host was very helpful and checked with us regularly throughout our rental week. Tip to future renters: you should bring along extra TP, paper towels and soap of all kinds - dishwasher, bath and hand soap, as well as some basic kitchen supplies - salt, pepper and sugar. Thankfully Walmart is 5 minutes away so it is easy to pick up any additional supplies that you may need.

Thank you for taking time to give us a review and offering a suggestion for our future guests. We do provide a complimentary starter pack of paper products, soaps and shampoos, dishwasher tablets and dishwashing liquid. We do send an information page to our guests which includes a short list of supplies they may need for their stay. Our welcome letter also details that, under Florida law, we are not permitted to leave “consumables” on the premises so we do recommend ordering these things or bringing with them you on the information page. The Walmart is very close and they offer delivery and pickup! There is also Publix grocery as well as a Super-Target on Hwy 192 which also offer pickup & delivery. A resident of Windsor Hills offers to pick up your groceries and will put your groceries in the refrigerator and pantry ahead of your arrival for a small fee — ask for more info! We love to stay in close contact with guests so, if anything is needed, we are just a text message away and always happy to help 😊.

Fantastic villa minutes from all the parks
Lovely property on the Windors Hills estate. The whole place felt very safe and secure. Villa was amazing. Tons of space - so big we never even used the upstairs!! (family of 4) Kitchen had everything you needed and the huge fridge was great to stocking up on drinks and snacks which we took to the parks. It was great to come back in the afternoons to chill by the pool or in the hot tub. I'd certainly book this again and recommend to friends. Thanks Janine for all the help and excellent communication over the last 2+ years as we dealt with covid and moving dates, The best property manager!!

Highly Recommend this Villa
This was one of the best decision we made for our vacation. The home was exactly as described (maybe even better!). It was spacious allowing our family of 5 to really spread out. Janine was the perfect hostess. Her communication was outstanding! We had all the information we needed for checking in and navigating the clubhouse, etc. Any questions that we had were answered very promptly and we never ever felt like we were bothering her. The pool and spa were ideal after long days in the Amusement Parks. There was an abundance of thick, plush, comfy towels and extra soft blankets. The appliances were modern and clean. We loved the privacy afforded by the translucent screens in the pool area. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa and would stay there if I was lucky enough to visit that area again. ~Michelle M.

This property was A+ from the moment I walked in the door. My Family and I really enjoyed our time that was spent at 2706. Check in process could have been much better but our person was a bit grouchy. I don't think he is a people person. He hung up on the Owner of the property when she called to try and get our situation straightened out. There was no interaction with the Property Manager.

This property was perfect for a family of 5 adults and 3 children 3, 5, & 8. The bedroom sizes were perfect and the pool made life after a day at Disney a perfect way to relax. Everything was clean and there were even pool towels to use! We spent a day off from the parks at the larger community pool which was lots of fun with the splash pad and water slides. I would definitely recommend this property, as the owner was most helpful with any questions and general information!

The property was clean, beautiful and comfortable. We had a few minor issues but the host was very quick to respond with solutions. The kids loved the complex's pool and waterslide. There is a 35 seat movie theatre with current films you can select which was super fun for the family. After 12 hours days in the park (which are very close) it was nice to come back to cozy place with lots of room to relax or hang out with the family. Kids also loved the games in the garage. Highly recommend staying here!

This was by far the BEST VRBO I have ever rented. The manager and the host was outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure my family and I was as comfortable as we could get. The little small problems that we had was taken care of as soon as we informed them. The property was super clean and very spacious. I have fell in love with this property, the host and the manager. I am very picky about where I stay and this property was the first time I’ve ever stayed somewhere and everything was almost PERFECT. I have found my home away from home!!!😊😊😊😊
