THE SPACE:
First, step into the kitchen, where you’ll find flawless granite countertops, handy stainless-steel appliances, and the most magnificent cabinetry you’ve ever laid eyes on. If you plan on having a few extra guest over, you’ll be happy to learn that the dining room and kitchen island work harmoniously, seating a grand total of fourteen, allowing you host the family reunion of a lifetime! And just a few feet away lies the family room, featuring a extra spacious sectional that included an additional deluxe chaise lounge.

Conveniently located on the first level is the master bedroom, showcasing a king size bed with a stunning wooden frame and matching nightstands and dresser, gracefully framing the room. Attached is a private en-suite with a double vanity, soaker tub, and clear glass shower stall. In addition, a door to the outside patio can be found, giving you instant access while obtaining ultimate privacy.

Pop the popcorn and dim the lights because it is time for movie night! Upstairs you will find an entire loft dedicated to Hollywood’s greatest hits. This star-studded common room is adorned with movie posters, ticket stub throw pillows, red carpet window sheers, film strip wall décor, and a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Oh… and did we mention the extra-large, ultra-cozy sectional the sits over twelves movie-goers? Talk about a fun night for the whole family!

Just down the hall you will find five separate bedrooms, each unique in style and theme. The first room channels pure beach vibes with an ocean blue palate, open space as vast as the ocean itself, and a divine king size bed. This tranquil dwelling ever comes with a matching white dresser and desk, perfect for journaling or light reading before bed. That is, after your take full advantage of the connected en-suite, complete with a double vanity and clear glass shower stall.

Next, we shift focus to a bedroom that requires no introduction. Featuring to twin beds, several ‘dark side’ walls decals, and a ton of star gazing intergalactic fun, you might say this room is straight out of a galaxy, far, far away.

Right next door is a bedroom that features two double queen beds with leather headboards, an extra-large dresser, and abundant room to unpack. Located nearby, in juxtaposition, lies a cozy bedroom with one queen size bed, a dresser, and flat-screen TV. Room options such as these make flexibility party size a breeze!

You can even turn your spa into a hot tub by adding an optional pool and spa heat package for only $35/day + tax.
