Please note that the resort’s entrance gate is manually operated by a staff member who facilitates access. This service is only available until 9 PM, after which we cannot guarantee entry. Kindly plan your arrival accordingly.

To fully enjoy your trip, having a car is highly recommended for visiting attractions and shopping. If a car isn’t an option, ridesharing services like Uber can help you get around conveniently.
Within the community, take advantage of peaceful walks to explore amenities such as the pool and other shared spaces, soaking in the serene surroundings.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
No Parties or Events
For everyone's comfort, parties or events are not allowed. Please respect the resort’s quiet hours and community guidelines.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take a moment to review the following property rules. Failure to comply may result in fines added to your account:
Check-In Time:
Check-in is available only between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
If you arrive outside of these hours, please note that no refunds or discounts will apply.
Confirm your arrival time in advance so an agent can assist you with the check-in process.
After check-in, you’ll have access to the property via a smart lock and resort card, allowing you to come and go at your convenience.
Quiet Hours:
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No loud noises or parties are permitted during these times.
Guest Limit:
Only the number of guests specified in the reservation is allowed on the property.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, or recreational drugs) is strictly prohibited inside the property.
A fine of $250 will be charged for smoking violations.
Pets Policy:
No pets are allowed on the property.
Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine, in addition to any resort fines.
Parking Rules:
Parking is not permitted in green spaces or areas not designated for parking.
Bedding and Towels:
Please keep bedding and towels in the same condition as when you received them. Damages or missing items will result in additional charges.
Trash Disposal:
Garbage should not be left on the porch, patio, or sidewalk. The community enforces fines for improper trash disposal.
Forgotten Items:
If you forget an item, we can return it for an administrative fee of $150, plus the cost of shipping. Payment must be made in advance to process the return.
Basic Supplies:
The property provides complimentary basic supplies for the first few days of your stay. We recommend purchasing any additional items you may need for your comfort.
