House as described and after reading other reviews, my only concern was it not being cold enough upstairs and the AC not working properly. We were freezing. It worked amazing everything was perfect and it was one of the hottest days of summer. We had the best time and will be doing this again. Thanks for such a great experience.

The home was beautiful. The check-in process was seamless. However, we encountered some issues. Upon arrival, I noticed a leak in one of the downstairs bedrooms, which worsened within an hour, requiring us to place towels. I notified the owner, explaining the leak's source. Additionally, the second floor became excessively hot, prompting me to message the host regarding the malfunctioning thermostat. He claimed someone had adjusted it, but I clarified that this was untrue, as the panel was concealed and black. Although the host dispatched an AC repair technician the following morning, the upstairs area remained hot, forcing two families to relocate downstairs. The host visited, and I emphasized the heat issue. He downplayed the problem, suggesting the AC had been fixed, but it remained hot upstairs, albeit less severe than the first night. Despite the house's beauty, our family weekend was compromised due to the AC issue. We collectively agreed that, given the substantial cost, the families on the second floor should have been able to sleep comfortably in the beds they paid for.I was not pleased to discover that accessing the gym or upper levels required traversing someone's room or exiting the building. Notably, the grill operates on propane, not charcoal, and quarters are necessary for the game room amenities, which are not complimentary. Additionally, the jacuzzi does not reach high temperatures. There was sufficient parking for 12 vehicles.

Property was as advertised, very spacious and clean. The pool area, Game rooms and movie theater were hits. The only small issue was operation of TVs throughout the property (multiple remotes for each TV but unable to get the TVs or streaming apps to work properly). The Owner was very responsive, answering any questions after arrival within minutes. Will definitely stay again!

Great Family Reunion Rental

I stayed at this property with my extended family over the Thanksgiving holiday - we had a total of 16 people including 3 infants who are all < 1 year old. The house was perfect for our needs. All the bedrooms were comfortable and well maintained. The pool and amenities were a great addition. The two separate kitchens were very useful for preparing a large Thanksgiving meal. The property host was very attentive to our concerns and responsive to messages, even on the holiday. Everything was perfect for our trip and I would highly recommend for anyone else considering a rental for a large group rental! 14 king bedrooms is hard to find, and the rooms matched the descriptions perfectly

Great house

Very large property, plenty of room for a large group. Had two well stocked kitchens and the pool was perfect. Everyone enjoyed it. We had a few questions for the property owner and he responded immediately to both messages and phone calls, he was very helpful. Huge driveway can accommodate multiple cars with no problem. We had some technical issues getting the home theater to work, but it really didn't affect our stay much.

Hello, My group and I checked out yesterday late afternoon even though our reservation was through this morning. I needed to bring to your attention a major issue we had with the rental of this property. This is the fourth time we have stayed at reunion resort but this was the first time we were misled about what is included with rental home. As you know this was not an inexpensive rental and prior to booking I emailed the host through vrbo asking if reunion resort water park access was included and they responded that it was and proceeded to tell me the home itself also has two pools. On Saturday 6/17, our group went to the resort front desk to get our wristbands and we were told that our home did not water park access. 9 of us adults and our children were dressed and ready for the water park only to spend the next hour trying to figure out why we did not have water park access. We also contacted the host and let him know the protocol front desk was asking for in order for us and our children to get into the water park and there was no action taken by him. Some time later he messaged me saying to give him the names of each of the guests and that we would have to pay for waterpark access after we had already paid for rental of the home. This is misleading and unacceptable and needless to say upsetting for our entire group. We need this matter to be addressed and need this to be rectified ASAP. We did not spend nearly $10,000 only to be lied to.

Orlando Golf Trip

This could be a nice rental, but the details hold it back. No pans in either kitchen, some faucets don't work, grill doesn't work, burnt out bulbs everywhere, pool dirty and the list goes on. Manager would not give me his phone number to call, had to email and wait for responses. Plenty of other house out there, would not stay there again

Great stay! Updates needed

My family and I (21 members) enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is beautiful and split in to two sections with ample things for adults, teens and children to do. The layout is absolutely beautiful! Additionally, we initially had difficulty accessing one of the rooms, and the owner quickly sent over maintenance support. This was much appreciated. The pool and outdoor area was also a hit with the family. A few things that would improve the experience: touch up paint throughout the property, as some things/walls/borders look worn; more amenities like wash cloths in all rooms—several family members did not have any in their rooms; an iron (it was confusing that there was an ironing board and no iron; I contacted the owner about this and didn’t get a reponse); Kleenex in the bedrooms, and a better grade of toilet paper; more than 2 glasses in the second kitchen—family had to go to the first kitchen to borrow items. For the price of the property, these things were lacking and are what you would expect for a property so large and luxurious. Overall, it was a good stay and my family enjoyed spending the holiday together at this location.
