Ontspan in vredige luxe in dit appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. De locatie op de 3e verdieping zorgt ervoor dat u geen buren zult horen, en met gemakkelijke lifttoegang bent u binnen no time thuis zonder trappen om te beklimmen na een lange dag op het strand.

Een volledig ingerichte keuken, compleet met alle apparatuur en keukengerei, laat uw feest samen genieten van maaltijden en snacks, en iedereen heeft zijn eigen slaapkamer, compleet met tv en dvd-speler in elk. De master suite beschikt over een kingsize bed, terwijl de andere kamers een koningin slaapkamer en de perfecte kinderkamer met twee aparte bedden bevatten. Alle luxe handdoeken en beddengoed worden verstrekt, en u kunt zelfs Fido meenemen naar deze geweldige vakantieplek!

Het clubhuis ligt op een steenworp afstand en u kunt 's ochtends trainen in de fitnessruimte van wereldklasse of genieten van een duik in het sprankelende zwembad van het resort. Als je de dag op het strand hebt doorgebracht, of een dagje shoppen hebt geslagen, relax dan in de jacuzzi.

Het appartement ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van supermarkt, bioscoop en nog veel meer. Het ligt ook vlak naast het conferentiecentrum van Orange County en op minder dan 10 minuten van alle grote attractieparken, waaronder SeaWorld, Universal Studios en Walt Disney World.

This trip started off on the wrong foot right out the gate. We arrived in town before check in where we communicated with management office requesting possible early check in if possible. They claimed the condo was being cleaned which was a complete lie because we had already been up to the condo saying the earliest they could check us in would be 2. From the time of call at 10am until 2pm the condo was not touched leaving my family sitting for absolutely no reason. It continued to go down hill from there. We managed to check in at 2pm at the help of another employee in the office and due to issues they waived the 65 dollar fee which was nice I assume but after the horrible customer Sevice shouldn’t even be a question. Unfortunately it doesn’t stop there. We then enter our condo that was blistering hot and full of humidity. Luckily the air was in good shape and chilled back down after a while. However after gaining entrance to the condo it was clear the condo was not in any shape or form what the pictures display on the website. It was clearly stripped of many decorations, bathroom amenities, and other items such as surround sound. The marketing of this place is not close to what you receive that we later found out is all stored in the owners closet. (False advertisement) however didn’t reflect in the rate that’s for sure. The condo was littered with stains and the filthy floor that turned our feet black. We left it cleaner than we received. I will not recommend this place

Great stay in Orlando

Super convenient location to all the Orlando hot spots! Had a wonderful time staying at the condo and the resort offered a lot but was also very quiet. Condo was very clean and the whole process was easy. Enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The resort is very nice and conveniently located in the attractions area, yet is quiet.

The unit was as described and was clean and well furnished, providing most of the same amenities from home. Enjoyed our stay at the property.

If you have pets, do not stay here. I was sent a picture of dog hair in a vacuum cleaner and charged 187.00. My dog does not shed, it is a Wheaton Terrier.

Overall, a decent unit especially since we got to bring our pet. Biggest improvement is the cleaning crew needs to do better. Love the tile but it was quite dirty and turned our kids feet black. Lastly, I would add items to the kitchen.

Dance vacation

Looks nothing like the pictures. They charge a cleaning fee but wasn’t clean. Pet hair in all beds

Fleas was in the unit. Sent pictures of a bug and spider in the bed. When I addressed it to them they sent someone out to Inspect the unit him his self said the cleaning people was horrible and he also email them pictures. He also said they coulda moved us to a new unit but they didn’t. So next day i asked for a refund to go stay somewhere else. Her response was I’ll get someone to bring new sheets and come clean but she didn’t.

It was clean and close to where we wanted to be. Wish there were ceiling fans because it did get a little hot and stuffy considering the thermostat only went down to 74. Not bad given the price and the location.

A little more effort goes a long way with customer service!

Upon checking into Ana's Joy, we found the property decent and comfortable enough to rest our heads for the 9 days to follow. Unfortunately, two days into our stay the AC stopped working in the middle of the night and the temperature climbed to 81 degrees. When we called the following day, the property manager never apologized and said she could not help us until the following day. We asked to speak with the owner or upper management and she said the office was closed. It was absolutely unacceptable that this was handled in such a manner. She also said to me. "I see this is your first call regarding this matter." As if the room temperature reading 81 degrees wasn't enough of a concern. We had four children staying in the condo and one with severe anxiety who struggled terribly through the night. I told the manager it was unacceptable and I'd like compensation for the evening. This was not addressed or resolved for us. The condo itself could use some deeper cleaning , as well as some low cost replacement items. The bathroom rugs were filthy and looked as if the hadn't been cleaned or replaced in ages. The sheets were nubby and very worn. Small upgrades go a long way in terms of comfort for a guest. I also was unable to get the tv working in the Master Bedroom. I do feel if we had been taken care of with more customer service the second night we had to sleep in the 81 degree room, we would have been able to focus more on the positives of the condo. However, that experience in itself was miserable. It is so sad that there was no follow up or check in regarding AC unit. Even compensation for the second night would have gone a long way. I would not recommend staying at a property where the manager or owner does not care enough about the comfort of their guests, never mind a broken AC!
