Villa Dania bestaat uit vier grote slaapkamers, waaronder twee master suites met en-suites en twee aparte slaapkamers. Er is een grote familiekamer die prachtig is ingericht en beschikt over een comfortabele lounge en zowel formele als informele eetgelegenheden.

Voor uw vermaak beschikt de villa over een volledig uitgeruste speelkamer, compleet met een zeven voet pooltafel, air hockey en tafelvoetbal.

Om uw droomvakantie te verbeteren, stapt u uit de patio deuren en ontdekt u een fantastisch zwembad en een spa in een groot verlengd zonneterras met een zuid / zuidwest gericht uiterlijk om het zonlicht gedurende de dag te maximaliseren.

Een veiligheidshek voor kinderen is geïnstalleerd voor de bescherming van uw gezin en met 5 ligbedden en tafels en stoelen voor 8 personen vindt u gemakkelijk een plek om te genieten van de zon van Florida. Het zwembad / de spa kan indien nodig worden verwarmd en heeft onderwaterverlichting. Aangezien het zwembad uitkijkt op een beschermd gebied zonder achterburen, is uw privacy beschermd.

De villa is gelegen in de exclusieve gated community van Aviana Resort, Davenport, Florida. Aviana is een tropisch paradijs van 46 hectare met voorzieningen in resortstijl en wordt omgeven door een natuurreservaat

Beautiful home! The house has a great layout and equipped with everything you need. Everyone loved the pool. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but manageable. The QR code made it very easy to come and go in the gated community.

Both my wife and I absolutely loved the property, stayed in Florida Villa's on 4 previous occasions and this was the best.The standard of the Villa is a home away from home with more than a hint of luxury, the master bed is massive! Don't think the photo's do the property justice to it's size, it's big.The gated community gave you a full sense of security and the QR code gave easy access. The privacy continued with the rear outlook onto nature itself. Had no issues at all so there was no need to call the Project Manager, we did have his number.Disney about 30mins away & Universal 45 was not a problem.The owner was very helpful with a couple of ESTA queries we had previous to our visit and was always quick to respond.The best recommendation for this Villa is that I would definitely stay here again.Enjoy, we did!

Over all we enjoyed our stay! The pool was nice the house was clean. Our only complaint was that beds were pretty firm and all of the pillows were pretty flat and no extras if you’re using all the beds. Other than that the owner is great to work with and easy to communicate with!

Peaceful Vacation

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean upon arrival and check in at the front gate was quick and easy. Communication with both the host and the management company was easy with fast response time to all my questions. The key box for entry into the house was antiquated and a general pain, however we could live with it. The beds and the living area furniture were comfy. There was a table with 8 chairs to eat around and another smaller table to play games on. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels were suppliedThe pool area was perfect, gated, large enough to swim and had lots of space. It was extremely clean. We paid extra for pool heat and swam every day. The hot tub actually got hot. There were 2 table and chair sets with 5 loungers. It was a very pleasant place to spend every afternoon.The community was quiet, peaceful and a great place to walk or run. The clubhouse wasn’t open very often while we were there, some problem with the community pool. It was a little disappointing but not a big problem.Checkout was so simple, not much to do. They did it all.This was a wonderful place to stay, we loved it here. Thank you,

Clean, comfortable, lots to do. Game room was fun, pool was nice, and family had a great time. Only complaint is that the train will randomly come through every once in awhile and make a ton of noise haha. Other than that, wonderful stay!

Koselig hus som er noen år gammelt, men meget godt vedlikeholdt. Her får man mye for pengene. For oss 4 voksne var dette huset helt perfekt. Alt vi trengte var på plass. Rent og pent om noe utdatert. Noen nye lamper og møbler så hadde huset fått terningkast 6. Eier er meget hyggelig og behjelpelig. Han varslet når det var meldt dårlig vær og svarte umiddelbart på alle henvendelser. Vi havde på alle måder en skøn ferie i huset. Dejligt hus med god plads, og virkelig skønt med lidt afskærmning til naboerne på begge sider ved pool-området. Rigtig god kommunikation med ejeren af huset i løbet af opholdet. Det kan bestemt anbefales at leje dette hus.

Loved this villa

We stayed in this villa for 24 days and it had everything we needed for this longer stay. The bed in the master bedroom is one of the comfiest I’ve ever had and this is a huge deal for me. We’ve had several holidays ruined because the beds were uncomfortable. The television package also has HBO which is nice if you’re having an evening in. We initially had issues getting the tv to work and found it impossible to reach the property manager. We contacted the home owner and it was resolved quickly after that.

Great place for family stay

My family had a lovely stay at this property. Peter is a great host and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. The property was maintained well and the beds were comfortable(!). When we booked the place, we were looking forward to hearing the croaking frogs (see other reviews), but alas, it was not their season. However, the back of the property faces a nature preserve of some sort, and that was truly nice view to have while swimming or relaxing on the deck. We appreciated that there were quiet hours in this complex and did not have any issues with loud noise during the quiet hours. Highly recommend for a family that is seeking quiet at night, loves Disney (approx. 30 mins away) but wishes to be away from all of that Disney traffic and hullabaloo.

Excellent location, quiet and clean house

The house was very nice and was fully stocked. The pool was great, probably our favorite part of the trip. The gameroom was too warm during the summer to use and the pictures were outdated (no air hocky table), but we spent most of our time visiting surrounding attractions anyway. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

I would definitely stay here again. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms accommodated everyone in my family! There was a small issue with the pool but it was fixed by the owner within hours. Had everything there that was needed.

This house has a great layout, and the community has great resort amenities that met our families needs with younger children. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware but don’t forget your spices. Also had plenty of towels and the garage games were in great condition.
