Plus, it's situated in Windsor Hills Resort, where all amenities are included, and you'll have three complimentary parking spots.

Step into the oversized, fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals for the whole family. You can choose to dine together around the formal dining table for a special family gathering or have a more casual meal at the breakfast bar.

When you step out from the living area into the lanai and splash pool, you'll find a West-facing pool that offers plenty of sun exposure throughout the day. Whether you're swimming in the pool or basking in the sun on the provided loungers, you'll enjoy every moment. You can even have an outdoor meal by the pool, thanks to the outdoor seating and a TV, making it perfect for the entire family.

On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, including two master suites with king and queen beds, both with ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom on this floor is the Avatar Theme Room. Upstairs, you'll discover two more bedrooms: the Monsters Inc Theme Room and another Master Bedroom with a king bed. Additionally, there's a game table for family and friends to enjoy some quality time together.

Still, on the ground floor, the star attraction is the amazing Star Wars Game Room! Spend evenings together as a family, having a blast with  the foosball table or air hockey table. Kick back in the gaming chairs while playing video games on the PlayStation 4.

The resort permits a maximum of THREE cars per property, and drivers must have a valid driver's license for access to the community.

Keyless entry for your convenience, with the door code provided before check-in date.

The pool is cleaned and treated weekly for your comfort.
Pool/Spa heating is available at an additional $40 daily fee (plus taxes) and must be requested at least 3 days before check-in.
A pool fence with a gate is provided for added safety.

Enjoy delicious BBQ meals with Gas Propane BBQ.
We offer a BBQ extra service, including post-use cleaning and propane gas refill for $100 (plus taxes) upon request prior to check-in.

Bath towels, linens, and pool towels are thoughtfully provided for your convenience.
