Onze volledig van airconditioning voorziene Executive Luxe 4 Slaapkamer 2 badkamer villa ligt op 3 minuten van de populaire Highway US192 dicht bij alle attracties en restaurants en slaapt 8 plus baby, dat maakt deze villa een geweldige plek voor gasten.

Mooi verwarmd privézwembad, volledig afgeschermd, met luxe terrasmeubilair en ligbedden, tafel en ontspannende stoelen om buiten te dineren.

Er is een overdekte Lanai voor als de zon te heet wordt.

Speelkamer met gratis pooltafel, gratis tafeltennis en gratis elektronisch dartbord.

De villa beschikt ook over gratis high speed wifi en internettoegang.

Gratis lokale, regionale en internationale telefoongesprekken.

Het huis beschikt over een lounge met voldoende zitplaatsen, bijzettafels en een entertainmentcentrum met 47-inch lcd-tv en tv's in alle slaapkamers.

Lovely villa with a perfect host

Owner John is a very friendly person who communicated to perfection with us during the booking process as well as during our stay. The villa itself is perfect for your trip. Bedrooms, bathroom, living area, pool... Everything was clean and up-to-date. No shortages of anything. Enough towels in the bathrooms, plates and glasses in the kitchen. All in all a lovely stay and we will keep John's villa in our favorite list of locations in Florida.

Great stay at a beautiful Villa!

We had a long flight from Europe to Orlando but arriving in such a wonderful, clean and well arranged accommodation gave us a very comfortabel start of our holiday trip. John has been great to us, the communication was very good and no detail was forgotten. The rooms were lovely and the pool was great. The location is great, nearby all parks, restaurants and grocery stores. Whenever we go back to Orlando, we will definitely see if this is available again.

It is a beautifull house on a perfect spot, espescially for those who want to visit the parks. It is also near interstate 4 if you want to go to Tampa. You also have a beautifull view of the fireworks every evening. Nice and quiet naberhood. Hope to come back some day.

Highly Recommend

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! Location is great, close to supermarket, petrol, coffee, ice cream! 15-25minutes to Disney parks depending on traffic, typically very quick first thing in the morning. We flew into Tampa and drove to the Villa. Took about 75mins, very easy to find. Clean, well equipped villa, internet was good. TVs, pool table and table tennis are handy. Pool was great, recommend heating in April! Sun rises at the front of the house, set at the rear about 7:30pm, so sun on the pool from mid day. Good value for money, easily recommend and would return without a doubt. Things to consider: Four bedrooms, only 2 bathrooms. Dining table inside and out wouldn’t fit 8, if you had a full house. Keep the pool water topped up.

Had a great stay!

We had a great time staying at this property. It was roomy despite being a smaller bungalow and we appreciated the 4 bedrooms as we're a family of 6. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool so we were thankful we paid to heat the pool. They also enjoyed the games room in the garage. The onsite laundry was a huge help for a longer stay. We had all the amenities we needed and John made sure to keep in touch to ensure our stay was going well. Would definitely recommend and thanks for a great trip!

Great 4 bed villa near to Disney

Really enjoyed our family stay at this clean, tidy and practically laid out villa, near to the Disney parks. We liked the location of the villa, the child safe heated pool, the comfortable lounge, the functional kitchen, plenty of towels, the villa alarm and fun games room. Also great communication with the owner. Look forward to booking again.

Amazing place to stay

We were a family of 5 persons, parents plus 3 kids by the age of 3, 6 and 8 and we LOVED the house. As we had tired kids after visiting theme parks etc., it was SO nice to be able to cook at home and the kitchen is super well functioning and had all the equipment you need. The owner was also super nice in guiding us and responding fast to the questions we had before arrival and before leaving. When we go to Orlando next time, we will most definitely go for renting this house again. Thank you John and family! Br Sif

Perfect Holiday Villa

Exactly as advertised and perfect location. 15 minutes from Disney Parks and 2 minutes from supermarket made this an ideal launching pad for all Orlando adventures John couldn’t have been more helpful with various questions I threw at him. Sun was on pool all afternoon evening which is just how you would want it.

Wonderful stay

Family friendly atmosphere

This property is just a short 20-25 minute drive to all the major theme parks in the area and less than 5 minutes from Walmart. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us. The pool was spotless and we loved that it is screened in to keep the bugs out. The older ones loved ending the night listening to music while playing pool or ping pong in the garage and it was located in a spot that wouldn’t bother the sleeping children.

Pool time!

We enjoyed a family get together at the villa, spending countless hours in the pool with our grandchildren! Paying for the pool heat was well worth it this time of year as it stayed at a comfortable temp. The villa was as pictured, clean and comfortable and I particularly appreciated the firm couches! For anyone comparing rental prices in the area, please note that the price listed in $ will be converted to £ when booking. This is a great option for the area. and we would definitely return!

Very Nice!

We stayed on this property during Cheerleading Nationals. Very clean, property owner very accommodating and friendly. Lot of things for the kiddos to do with the pool table, ping pong table and pool. We had a great time and look forward to staying here again!

Great cozy home

Location was close to all places we wanted to visit. The pool was perfect size for a 5 person family. Home alarm system provided reassurance for safety. Only negatives found were the beds was squeaky and aged. Frequent promise of being billed for plumbing, changing temperatures, using garbage disposal incorrectly or taking pages from the home binder felt unwelcoming. Overall we enjoyed it very much and would recommend to families of 5 or 6.

Wonderful!

This a wonderful place to stay, especially if you are going to the Disney parks. Not a long drive! The house is nice and spacious and fits 8 people perfectly. The driveway is a bit steep so if you have someone in your party with mobility issues, keep that in mind. Both the bathrooms were nice! The shower in the master bathroom is very accessible. When I did arrive, my family and I did notice that the showerheads may need replacing/cleaning due to limestone build-up (not a big deal, they worked perfectly fine). The pool is very nice as well. The dinner table was also good enough for a large family to use. I do think that the cleaning staff might have overlooked cleaning the dining table a bit but it wasn't a big deal, a wet wipe was enough. Communication with the host was a 10 out of 5! Very attentive and hospitable! Overall I did enjoy my stay. Beautiful home and a wonderful price! 5 out of 5!
