Designed for both comfort and entertainment, this home is the perfect getaway for families and groups.



Step inside to a bright, open-concept layout with modern finishes, sleek new flooring, and stylish décor. The formal dining area flows seamlessly into a spacious, sunlit family room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a cozy breakfast nook, making it ideal for preparing meals and gathering with loved ones.



The private, south-facing pool was newly resurfaced in 2021 and features Disney-themed accents, adding a touch of magic to your stay. The covered lanai is furnished with a comfortable outdoor sofa and dining set, providing the perfect space to unwind and enjoy the Florida sunshine. We also offer grill rentals for barbecue nights! The pool can be heated for an additional $30 per day. Please request pool heating in advance of your stay so we can have the pool warm and ready for you upon arrival!



This home offers six beautifully decorated bedrooms. One bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor, while five additional bedrooms, including two ensuites, are on the second floor. The themed kids' rooms create a fun and immersive experience for younger guests.



The custom-designed Star Wars-themed game room offers the ultimate entertainment experience. The space includes a pool table, air hockey, foosball table, arcade machine, and two PlayStation 4 consoles. Epoxy flooring and a mini-split AC unit ensure a comfortable and sleek atmosphere for hours of fun.



Recent upgrades include over $140,000 in renovations completed including new flooring, baseboards, and interior paint, new AC unit and all new furniture and mattresses in 2022. The laundry room is equipped with two stackable washers and two dryers for added convenience.



Guests have full access to the resort-style amenities at Windsor Hills, including a resort pool and hot tub, waterslides and splash pad, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, a playground, a movie theater, a fitness center, and a sundry shop.



This home is located just one mile from Highway 192, providing easy access to shopping and restaurants, and only a few miles from all major theme parks.
