The condo is perfectly located inside the gated community of Legacy Dunes Resort, 4 miles from Disney. All of the resort amenities are included. The resort boasts a beach-style, walk-in swimming pool with a fun children's fountain area. The resort has a clubhouse with a gym and fitness area. It's the perfect simple getaway to experience everything that Central Florida has to offer where you can relax afterwards, recharge, and do it all over again. 

The Space

This comfortable and tastefully decorated 4-bedroom condo has all of the amenities of your own home. It has a large master bedroom with its own private bathroom with a king-sized bed, and flat-screen LCD TV. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with cable TV. The third bedroom has two twins with cable TV and the fourth bedroom has a king bed with cable TV. This condo has a second full bathroom. which is easily accessible from the other 3 guest bedrooms.

Relax after a long day in a comfortable living room area with sliding glass doors to the screened balcony seating area. The living room has a flat-screen cable TV and a DVD player. The condo also has a spacious dining area for your family meals, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, dishes, pots, pans, etc. The condo has plenty of linens and towels. Also, for the guest’s convenience, the WIFI is FREE.

The view from the screened-in balcony is so picturesque, perfect for relaxation.

No-Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate it if you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.

No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking/vaping in bedrooms, balconies, patio, or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning.

No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.

Great

The property was about 20 mins from magic kingdom. It was very clean and spacious. My kids loved the pool and playground. The only problem we ran into was that our card would not let us into the pool but before I could contact anyone an owner used his card to let us in. We enjoyed our stay and everything was as pictured. Will definitely stay again.

The Condo needs to be upgraded

This condo needs to be upgraded, i live better than this at home so i was expecting something way better than what i experienced from this. We had to wash towels and linen. Bugs where in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Maintenance man had to come do repairs while we were there. I would have enjoyed staying in a hotel better this was horrible waste of money!!!!!!

Lovely and spacious place to stay! Our large (4 adults, 4 children) family had lots of space to spread out and relax. Super convenient location-close enough to Disney parks but away from all the hustle and bustle of center of town. Wonderful smaller pool right out back, playground and beach volleyball as well. Super attentive host which makes it that much better. We had zero issues from check in to check out and will certainly stay here again!

Nice spot but lacking some eveyday living items

Nice spot and area, nice amenities overall. We thought the kitchen was lacking some everyday stuff. We like to cook in and it was difficult with the lack of bowls and serving items and the pots and pans. Only 1 dish towel, 0 dish rags and no pool towels. Also for having 4 bedrooms, expected mkre furniture in the living room for us to hang out.
