THE SPACE
Incredibly spacious at 2100sf, beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished with top quality pieces and thoughtful accessories. Big flatscreen TVs throughout, DVD players, PlayStation 2 in living room. Open plan living area with a fabulous dining table for 8 is perfect for entertaining or business meetings. Our fully equipped kitchen is ideal for a whipping up a quick snack or a gourmet meal. Enjoy breakfast at the granite bar or watching Florida birdlife on your sunny balcony which also has a great view of Sea World fireworks.

BED AND BATH
The king master suite has a huge en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. There is also a guest king room and 2 full size beds in the 3rd bedroom. The guest rooms share a full family bathroom. All bedrooms feature upgraded pillowtop mattresses, top quality linens and ceiling fans. There is also a queen sized sofa bed in the den. The condo also has a full-size washer and dryer in the unit which means you can pack light and fill your suitcases with shopping bargains.

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
