The Space:
This grand 4,792 sq ft resort home is perfect for a family or larger groups traveling to the vacation capital of the world to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. The home is located within 7 miles of the famous Walt Disney World Resort and is centrally located inside the gorgeous Solara Resort community.
Guests have access to the Solara Resort amenities like the clubhouse and heated pool, fitness center, sports courts, the one-of-a-kind, competition-level FlowRider Surfing Simulator, the open-air terrace restaurant called Solstice Bar & Grille, and Splash, the poolside bar with a full menu for cocktails and eats while you have a pool day!
On to the main spaces of the home:
- A warm and inviting, open and stylish LIVING ROOM with lots of comfortable sofas and lounging space and a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable. The perfect space for downtime moments together at home.
- There is a DINING area next to the living room with a table that can seat 8 for a relaxed meal at home at any time. Great to dine in and save money plus, you could also use the table as a laptop-friendly workspace if you’re a remote worker.
- There is a fully-equipped KITCHEN with quality appliances and all you’d need to prepare meals at home, even the extras like a coffee maker for your morning perk-ups and a DISHWASHER for easy cleanups.
- There’s a superb center island BREAKFAST BAR with 4 plush bar stools for extra seating and also a great spot to check your email over coffee!
- As you hit the top of the stairs, you’ll find another LIVING ROOM #2 upstairs with a big TV and lots of sofa space. You can have two viewing parties with different movies. No fighting over the remote!

Other Things to Note:
Wi-Fi, Cable TV, linens, pool & bath towels are provided free during your stay.
We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These items will not be replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to purchase more.
There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested during your stay for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate.
The private pool or Jacuzzi can be heated during the winter months for an extra charge and is only available for reservations of 3 days or more. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. There is a $500 USD penalty fee for unauthorized parties.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. Access codes to the gated community and the home will be provided within 24 hours before your arrival.
