The Space:

You might start with coffee at the dining table, plan a park adventure just a few miles away, or ease into the morning with a quiet swim before the Florida heat fully sets in. Evenings invite everyone back together – movie nights, game time, and relaxed conversations that stretch late into the night. This spacious Reunion retreat is built for groups who want room to gather, unwind, and recharge between park days and quiet nights in.



Sleeping Arrangements

The home offers six bedrooms across two levels, providing privacy and convenience for up to twelve guests. Downstairs, Bedroom 1 features one king bed. Upstairs, Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each include one king bed, Bedroom 5 has one queen bed, and Bedroom 6 offers two twin beds. With 5.5 bathrooms, everyone has easy access to freshen up after a busy day exploring Orlando.



Kitchen & Dining

A full kitchen invites you to prepare group meals, from quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners. A spacious dining table makes cooking together part of the experience, and a washer and dryer are available for longer stays.



Entertainment & Relaxation

Two large living areas give flexibility for downtime. One space holds a cinema‑style setup for movie nights, while the other features a game console for friendly competition. Air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year‑round.



Outdoor Living

Step outside to a private pool and hot tub, perfect for cooling off or unwinding after a theme‑park marathon. A patio with outdoor furniture provides a comfortable spot to relax, and a BBQ grill makes casual al‑fresco meals easy. Free parking includes a garage and additional street spaces.



Location & Resort Setting

Located in Reunion, Kissimmee, the home sits just 4 miles from Disney and within easy driving distance of Universal and SeaWorld. A private entrance adds convenience, and shared resort amenities such as a gym may be available depending on resort access.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to explore Orlando’s attractions. Reunion Resort is conveniently located near I-4, providing easy access to Disney, Universal, and Orlando International Airport. On-site parking is available in the driveway - Garage is off limits



Feel safe and right at home when you enter the community, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
