No parking on the lawn or sidewalks. It is strictly prohibited.
Commercial vehicles, motor homes, trailers, buses, golf carts or boats are not allowed at Windsor Island Resort.

We provide a little welcome kit so you can start.
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to pick up any additional items you may need during the duration of your stay.
• POOL HEATING - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day
2. Request 48 hours in advance.
3-Minimum: 2 days at a time.
4. The temperature will not exceed 95 °F.
The heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and DOES NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still want to warm up the pool during cold conditions and does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer you a refund.

The pool heater pumps have a security system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump runs overtime in cold weather. It switches off automatically briefly until the pump can efficiently retrieve its functionality.
Please be aware that this service is optional and may not be available at times.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL
Place trash on the bench or dumpster every day to maintain a clean home.
• MAID SERVICE
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will clean and thoroughly inspect the unit. Clean linens and towels will be available in the home. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested at an extra fee.
• ONLINE SHOPPING
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not be delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation accommodations as regular addresses and the package will be returned to the sender.

Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX are delivered.
In some resorts, packages are delivered to the clubhouse. CHARGES MAY APPLY.
Some resorts may not accept them.
