This is my personal reservation. Once payment is made, I will transfer my reservation to your name. Please include the name and address that will be on the guest confirmation letter. That name and address must match a photo ID and credit card to be shown during check in.

A guest confirmation letter will be emailed to you. When you check in at the reservation desk you will need to show your guest reservation. You must be at least 21 years old and you will need to provide a photo ID and a credit card to be put on file. A refundable $150 security deposit may be required. There are no resort fees. You will be invited to attend an information / sales presentation but you are under NO obligation to attend.
About the seller:
My wife and I are retired school teachers. We appreciate Wyndham resorts’ quality and amenities so much that we now have enough timeshare points for many vacation opportunities. We are renting vacation time that we will not use for our personal travel. These rentals help cover the cost of our annual maintenance fees.
