The Space:
This enchanted condo is spacious and comfortable. The vibrant living area is perfect place for a wizard or muggles family and friends to relax. Have a fun movie night around the large flat screen Smart TV or sip a glass of Butterbeer and enjoy the view from your private balcony.
The modern kitchen opens into the living and dining area and is fully equipped. Additional smaller appliances including a toaster, blender and coffee maker offer you the convenience you need while away from your own home, please don’t use magic on them. Dinnerware, glasses, utensils, flatware, pots, pans and baking dishes are also supplied. Tall cabinets and granite countertops provide all the storage and workspace you could possibly need, although the cabinets are tall, we don’t encourage using as rooms. Enjoy meals with the whole family in the separate dining area with a table with plenty of seating.

For your peace of mind we follow guidelines for disinfection laid out by the cdc as follows:
- Disinfect kitchen and bathroom.
- Sanitize dishes & flatware in the dishwasher.
- Disinfect “high touch” points including: light switches and lamps; doorknobs and handles, keypads; tabletops; cabinet and dresser knobs; electronics and appliances.

The Windsor Hills Resort is a 24-hour secure gated resort community located less than 2 miles from Walt Disney World making it the closest resort community to the major theme parks. Easy to get to and only 20 minutes drive from Disney by car or bus, it provides the optimal base for a full on day at the parks then some well earned rest in the comfort of your own home away from home. Windsor Hills offers peace and tranquility and a luxurious accommodation option as an alternative to staying on-site at Disney. Alternatively the resort acts as the ideal golf holiday location, located next door to the excellent Mystic Dunes Golf Club and within easy reach of a wide array of golf courses in the Kissimmee area (across all ability levels and budgets) so there are plenty of options and a week or two of full on golf, playing a different course every day, is easily achieved with Windsor Hills as your base.

Other Things to Note:
1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.
2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.
3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.
4. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.
5. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.
6.This will be a self-catering house.
7. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book this vacation rental.
