Needs cleaning but close to Disney

The previous reviews complemented the cleanliness of the house. That was not our experience. The floors were extremely filthy. My walked around in their socks for maybe 15 minutes and they were black! There was heavy dust on a lot of surfaces, the bathrooms were not very clean and one bathroom was very filthy when we arrived. I contacted the owner and he was quick to reply to resolve the issues. When the cleaning team did not come back to clean the bathroom I let him know but he stopped responding. We checked out today and I still never heard back from him. The downstairs living space is very small and cramped. The convenience of having a bathroom connected to each bedroom is nice. We wouldn’t stay at one of these properties again.

Magical Residence was a dream come true!

My family and I stayed at the Magical Residence for 5 nights and it was absolutely amazing! What a beautiful villa located centrally to everything and Disney being 5 minutes away! The Villa was immaculate and our kids absolutely loved all the different themes in the bedrooms, Mickey and Minnie, the Lion King, and Superheroes. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily! It was an amazing vacation!

Great place to stay. The property was in a safe looking place , quiet, clean, close to all the Disney parks. The only complaint I would have is the ice maker wasn’t working but other than that I would give it a 5 star rating

Great stay

Just a quick one night stay for my family. We checked in late and the process was so smooth. The house has a great layout with plenty of space for everyone and well decorated & equipped. Check out was also a breeze which was a huge plus. Also the location to Disney and communication with the property manager was second to none. 4 stars for cleanliness but nothing unsightly. We will definitely stay again.
