It is open plan living downstairs with kitchen seating and a large dining table as well as a Pool Table and multiple bar seating areas.

The living area has direct access via sliding doors to the pool and deck area and outdoor dining. Spa, outdoor chairs and loungers give our guests the flexibility to relax in the premium plot home with greenery behind and to eat or sit wherever you feel most comfortable.
Air-Conditioned ‘Wreck-It Ralph’ Games Room includes foosball table, air hockey table and e-gaming area

Wi-Fi internet throughout of course and private on drive parking with ample adjacent parking. 7-minute walk to the resort amenities (parking available if you prefer).
Linens, towels, and starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock at the local store on day 1 as these are not intended to last for your stay.
This home, with the large Fridge and Freezer is a self-catering paradise.

Kitchen appliances include a microwave oven, large range, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.
A bbq grill with a new propane tank can be delivered for your use for an additional fee. A grill is not included in the standard rental.
The pool in this home can be heated on request and for an additional charge - this is recommended during winter, early spring and during cooler weeks in Summer. This includes spa heating to turn the bubbles into a steaming hot tub.
The pool heating for $35 a day plus tax with a minimum charge of $175 for under 5 nights.
Where pool heat is booked within 24 of booking and at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no additional activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply to enable attendance of a technician to turn the system on.

No resort fees with us. You have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay and included in your visit is No Charge access to the Club House, resort, Cabanas and amenities. These comprise some of the best facilities in Florida, including sports courts, heated zero entry resort pool with cabana loungers. Children’s splash zone / pad area and a gym as well!
Other than food and drink at the restaurant (which is yummy and well priced – tip, the resort Cheeseburgers are the best) and bar and the Flo Rider surf simulator, access to all facilities are included in your nightly rate – no resort fees here! Just take along a towel or two from the stock in the home, and you are set to go!

A large heated zero-entry resort swimming pool with a splash pad and waterslide as well as a Flow Rider surf simulator.

Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie’, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day no parties are permitted at this home.
We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families, aged 0-110! in this truly amazing resort family home. Groups largely consisting of those under 25 or booking from the local area are not able to rent this home. If you live within 50 miles of the home you must contact us before booking or your reservation will be canceled this is to support our commitment to a quiet community and party prevention.

If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.8% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
