The house was amazing. The only problem was the first floor had an automated thermostat that was set at a preset temperature even if you preset it lower, it will only time back to that preset degrees that they establish causing the master bedroom to be overheated, which was very uncomfortable getting up two in the morning to set the thermostat lower, but then we are wide awake. Which the following day you exhausted also, my wife with menopause conditions, causing her nosebleed doing the early morning. So we had to endure that condition but never complained to management. I have build a major RealEstate Investment Firm and Management with over 120 houses for the passed 26 years and understand the expenses that comes with this investment but will never allow my tenants to suffer being uncomfortable over profit especially investing over a vacation setting. But again the house was beautiful.
