To keep your stay pleasant, kindly keep windows and doors closed to prevent flies and pests from entering the property. Florida is hot and humid, there will be flies and pests as it's natural to our ecosystem. There will be no refunds for files and pests near or inside the property.
☆ PARKING ☆
• Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles. There cannot be any oversized vehicles (e.g. RVs, campers, boats) parked in the street.
• Short-term visitor street parking is limited to reasonable hours, with no overnight parking allowed. No trailers, boats, campers, trucks with gross vehicle weight rating in excess of 10,000 pounds or trucks with commercial beds or bodies, mobile homes, motorized recreational vehicles, or motorcycles may be parked.
• This home is equipped with an entryway Ring camera, as well as a camera at the rear of the house, facing outwards to the center of the back yard.

- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity in the community.
-Due to strong winds and rain, the patio items are stored in the garage. If you would like to use the furniture, you are welcome to bring them to the patio, but please return them back to the garage prior to your check out.
