The living room, dining room and kitchen are all part of the open floor plan and flow into each other perfectly. The living room has a cozy wraparound couch that provides the perfect amount of seating for everyone in your group. The kitchen will bring out the inner chef in anyone with its upgraded appliances, granite countertops and many gadgets and gizmos. The dining room, which seats 6, overlooks the pool area. The pool area is the perfect place to cool off after a long day in the sun. Dip your toes in and live the Florida lifestyle. This home also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is wireless internet available as well.



There is an additional charge plus tax per day for heating the pool for a townhome.

Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.

No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
