Welcome to Epic Minions Movie Mansion, a one-of-a-kind family retreat inside the gates of Reunion Resort where movie nights, themed adventures, and unforgettable Disney vacations all come together.



Just minutes from Walt Disney World, this incredible six-bedroom home was designed for families who want more than just a place to stay. With a private movie theater, a custom Minions bunk room with slide, arcade games, gaming stations, and sweeping golf course views, the home delivers an experience that both kids and adults will remember long after the vacation ends.



Outdoor Courtyard Oasis



The home is centered around a beautiful private courtyard pool and spillover spa, creating the perfect setting for relaxing between park days. The pool deck offers plenty of lounge chairs for soaking up the Florida sunshine, along with comfortable seating areas for gathering together outdoors.



A child safety fence is installed around the pool for added peace of mind when traveling with younger guests.



Guests who enjoy outdoor cooking can arrange BBQ grill rentals through our team during their stay, making it easy to enjoy dinner poolside under the Florida sky.



Pool heat can also be arranged through our team for $30 per night, which is especially popular during the cooler months.



Game Room Entry



As you pass through the courtyard and step into the main home, you’re welcomed by a fun-filled front entertainment room featuring a pool table, wall-mounted smart TV, and classic NBA Jam arcade game. It’s the perfect place to kick off some friendly competition before settling in for the evening.



First Floor Living



Just off the entry is the downstairs king master bedroom, featuring a comfortable king bed, LED ceiling fan, and wall-mounted smart TV for relaxing after long days at the parks.



Continuing down the hall, guests will find a convenient half bathroom before the home opens into the spacious main living area.



The open-concept living room offers several sofas and comfortable seating arranged around a large wall-mounted smart TV and a PlayStation 5, making it the ideal spot for movie nights or gaming sessions. In the corner, a cocktail arcade table adds another nostalgic gaming option for guests of all ages.



The dining area features a table that comfortably seats eight guests, with additional seating available at the kitchen bar for larger gatherings.



The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook meals for the whole group. The coffee bar includes both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, along with K-cups and coffee filters to get mornings started right.



From the living room, sliding doors open to a back patio with seating and sweeping golf course views, providing a peaceful place to enjoy morning coffee or unwind after a full day of adventure.



Upstairs Living and Bedrooms



Upstairs, the home continues to offer plenty of space for families to spread out.



On the left side is a king master bedroom with balcony access, offering beautiful elevated views of the surrounding golf course.



Next door is another king bedroom that shares the same balcony, allowing guests to step outside and enjoy the peaceful resort scenery.



The hallway includes a full bathroom as well as a convenient laundry room with washer and dryer.



The upstairs loft area is designed especially for younger guests. This space features toys for little ones along with a gaming station that includes two TVs and a PlayStation 4, making it a perfect hangout space for kids and teens. Just outside the loft is another patio overlooking the courtyard pool below.



The Ultimate Kids Room



The highlight of the home is the incredible custom Minions bunk room, which feels more like a playground than a bedroom.



The room features six beds, colorful themed décor, playful tunnels, and a signature swirly slide that turns bedtime into an adventure. This room also includes its own private bathroom, making it both fun and functional for families traveling with multiple kids.



Private Movie Theater & Entertainment Annex



Across the courtyard from the main home is the converted private movie theater, a true centerpiece of the property.



Inside, guests will find a large projector screen with theater seating, a huge lounging sofa for relaxing during movie nights, and additional entertainment including two gaming TVs, a multi-cade arcade machine, and a pub table with stools. It’s the perfect place for family movie nights, gaming tournaments, or simply relaxing together.



Above the theater is a separate annex apartment, offering additional privacy and flexibility for larger groups.



This space includes a small kitchen area, two full beds in the main room, and a separate king bedroom, making it ideal for small families, grandparents, or guests who prefer their own space within the home.



Altogether, the home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests, making it perfect for large families or multi-generational vacations.



Reunion Resort Location



The home is located inside the beautiful Reunion Resort community, known for its scenic golf courses, palm-lined streets, and peaceful resort atmosphere just minutes from Disney.



Families will especially love that the home sits directly across the street from the Liberty Bluff playground, making it incredibly easy for kids to burn off some energy while parents relax nearby.



While this home does not include water park access, guests do have access to several neighborhood pools throughout the resort, including the popular Cove at Seven Eagles, which features a large resort-style pool, poolside bar, and fitness center. It’s a favorite gathering spot for guests looking to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

The home also does not include golf membership access within Reunion. However, tee times are sometimes available during the summer months through the GolfNow app, and there are countless excellent golf courses just a short drive away for guests looking to enjoy a round during their stay.
