Twee extra natte bar met wijnkoeler op de eerste en tweede verdieping met wijn, bier en drankkoelers zijn aanwezig in de speelkamer en de keuken.

Ons huis heeft twee 60 "LED 1080P HDTV (gratis tot 100 HD-kanalen en honderden digitale kanalen om uit te kiezen) in de woonkamer en speelkamer. Twee 40-inch tv's en zeven 32-inch tv's in elke slaapkamer. Xbox360-gamestation. Gratis WiFi high speed internet met twee toegangsrouter (snelheden tot 70 Mbps) en gratis lokale telefoongesprekken en interlokaal bellen in de VS en Canada, Mexico.

The house is exactly as is shown in the photos. There was some neglect in maintenance for the property. Like loose toilet seats. Or tape on walls. A crack in one of the steps. Liu was very responsive. We had an issue with the air conditioner. It was resolved the next day. Otherwise felt that the house was nice and it accommodated our family well. The family really enjoyed the pool and pool table.

My family stayed at this property for a month. Absolutely loved the house and the location! Whenever we had an issue with anything, the property management was very quick to respond, and fix it in a timely manner. Kitchen appliances could use an update, and some additions, but other than that, I have zero complaints, and would definitely stay her again!

This property was amazing, great location; close to the theme parks, shopping, and restaurants. The size of the house was perfect, there were 13 of us and everyone had space there own space. Also kid friendly, and we felt like we were home. I will diffently rent this property again

THE GOOD; The house is very spacious and great location. Lots of very large pots, pans and silverware. Lots of seating for large groups. The view looking onto the small lake with beautiful sunsets is wonderful. The bathrooms next to all the bedrooms was awesome. Everyone had their own space. Clean as can be, due to needing a paint job. THE BAD; This place needs a paint job, new appliances ( these all only work on half power) Called to have grill fixed.. It took 3 hours to cook chicken, no one arrived! We couldn't use it and did pay for it. Someone needs to do a kitchen check on the all the things that needs to be thrown out and added. I think this is owned by a third party that doesn't ever visit... just collects revenue. The pool took a week to get warm.( this probably due to cold weather) The gaming area has very old and on their last leg game tables. I wish the owners would visit and see all this. Parking is horrible, not ment for SUV'S. You can only park a small car in the garage and depends on the size of the cars, in the driveway. Everyone around you will not obey the 4 car rule and some have 8 or so! They then take up your space. All said and done this place is great if you go with not perfect expectations. You don't have to worry about the kids wrecking anything because it is already run down. We paid a lot of money per night and thought it would be a bit nicer. Just a little TLC and this place would be perfect. I know the owners will say something like, "Thanks for letting us know and we will take care of this"....but trust me they won't. Go have fun but don't expect a 4 star. Sad, it could be. Say "HI" to Mickey from us.

The pictures online made this house look great until u got inside. The cleanliness was not good. The walls could definitely used a wash in every room. There was some yellow stuff inside the master closet, Cobb webs In the corner. Where the carpet meets the wall it was like black and the base boards weee completely covered in dust. The pool area needed a good power washing the walls were all marked up and they need to spray for aunts. We were sitting outside and aunts were crawling all over us and there wasn’t food on the ground. There are rust on the bottom of all the lounge chairs by the pool and there taped up, most of the tape was coming off. The outside dining table needs to spray painted because every time you lift your arm up from it some of the coating would be your skin. There was only one towel per bathroom for a group of 15 and face towels at all we went and bought some. There was nothing to wash dishes, no sponges, no was towel. So we went and bought that also. We had to run the faucet and shower 10 minutes before we wanted to use it to have warm water. The carpets weren’t clean they need a good carpet cleaning, my mom and aunt swept all the floors cause they were dirty. There was a crib in a closet upstairs so one person couldnt use the closet at all because they couldn’t even get into it. One of the closet doors in the kids room was off when we arrived, they really need better pots and pans they were horrible. There is no baking sheets so couldn’t do pizza, and no oven Mets at all to take anything out the oven. They have broken decor around the house, the pool screen has a slit in it, one of the toilets stopped working and the ice machine stopped working. The pool guy came the last day we were there and put some stuff in the pool and was like yah y’all can’t use it the rest of the day. I’m like what how does that makes sense why wouldn’t you do this after we left. So we paid for pool heat and couldn’t use it the last day! The air conditioner kept turning off at midnight everynignt and it was set on 73. Everyone said around midnight it would get super hot, I woke up one night drenched in sweat. The front loader washer has mold in it. Like we had to clean the house for us to stay in it. That’s not the vacation I was looking forward to. As much money as we paid for this I feel like I want some of it back. This wasn’t a good, clean house to stay in. I need to speak to someone to get some money back! I really had high hopes from online.

We were 2 families and we had more than enough space . To be honest the view from the pool looking over the lake is priceless. We stayed there for every sunset. We had a very minor issues that were fixed in a very reasonable time. That was awesome! My one little complaint and it’s a personal choice is location but because this year for spring break Orlando was EXTREMELY BUSY!!! It was a 30 to 40 minutes rides from the Disney parks All that said i would recommend this property if you want to enjoy a nice heated pool and the lake view with the sunset is AMAZING!!! Tks for letting us rent from you !! Rheal

This house is in a great location with easy access to area restaurants, and a short drive to Disney. The pool area is large with amazing sunsets. The beds are comfortable and the house is very spacious. There were a few items that needed taking care of when we first arrived, and they were very quick to take care of them. The club house was very nice and there was lots of room to sit by the big pool. The lazy river is also very nice.

The Hot tub heat wasn't working and the house could use a paint refresh. The walls are grungy, but the linens were clean and we enjoyed our stay and had a great time overall.

Cleanliness was an opportunity. The outside patio had pieces of hair and broken fingernails all over the floor. When we walked into the house, it had a bad smell, maybe from mopping with an old mop. I paid extra to use the grill but never used it because it was extremely filthy. Beds and bathrooms were clean. The house overall was okay. Needs some upgrading and a lot of things were broken: billiard sticks were broken, shuffle board was broken.

We rented this amazing house for our new year’s vacation, this house was very clean, spacious and there were plenty of bedrooms for a big family, my kids really enjoyed playing with the pool table, the back patio is wonderful it has a beautiful view, the pool is great especially the jacuzzi the heat works perfectly fine all the time, the beds mattresses are great, and when I spoke with property manager when I was booking the house she was so nice and helpful I really recommend this house we definitely will be back I don’t have any complaints.

The house was as advertised. It was large and comfortable. And great for a family with all different ages. A crib and pack n play was a huge plus! We had a great visit!! There were a few things that I would have improved on. Some of the rooms did not have dressers. Two of the toilet seats were loose and needed to be screwed in more tightly. The ice machine did not work. When we got there, it was hot in the house. There is a sign to not turn the temperature below 72. It was 77 degrees inside, but the unit did not kick on. It was not an issue for us, as a cold front came through while we were there. And, the management company had an a/c company call us promptly after we reported it. There were no blinds or curtains on the back patio doors. So, at dinner time, the sun shone directly on the table and was in our eyes while trying to enjoy dinner. Earlier in the day, it wasn’t an issue. The management company only had a small bar of soap in bathrooms, no dishwashing liquid or powder for dishwasher, but expected us to wash all the towels and dishes before leaving. It would have been more gracious to include a bottle of dish soap, at least a pod or two of dishwashing detergent and a few pods for laundry. It also seemed silly for us to throw those away, that we bought, when we left. We would have preferred to leave it for next renter, but, we were told to throw everything away.

We have a large family of about 16 and this house was awesome! We had 5 vehicles so parking was crowded but manageable. The rooms were great, lots of space and the game room area was great!! We had a wheelchair and there was plenty of room to maneuver. The pool was awesome make sure to pay for the heated pool this was the hightlight of our stay other than the game room. To its are very low but overall we loved this place and would rent it again.

Our family enjoyed the week in Orlando area while staying at the very nice home. It was perfect for our 14 family members-plenty of room to stretch out, swim and enjoy each other’s company. Plenty of dishes, glasses and cooking essentials. Other than having to purchase extra toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, seasonings and kitchen /laundry soap the place is adequately supplied. Location is great to Disney, Universal, Legoland and lots of great restaurants in the area. The lazy river and free arcade at the Main Clubhouse were a big hit for our grandkids!! We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub at the rental. Super fun!! Highly recommend this home for others to enjoy 😎

Overall the property accommodated 18 people nicely. Few issues were promptly taken care of within 4 hours by the managers. The house pool view facing the lake was great. we enjoyed the large dinning table and the game room upstairs. The layout of the rooms worked well for us. (glad not to have bunk beds). Few issues: which were taken care of. The hot water heater needed to be adjusted to take showers. Few light bulbs changed The Ice maker did not work. We just got a bag of Ice. Few plates were cracked, but there were plenty others. Adequate kitchen appliances and dishes. As mentioned in other reviews, bring garbage bags, dish washing liq, Just remember: As you enter the gate just press the microphone button the very helpful gate keeper will respond and direct you. No need to enter any codes Thank you

First off first impression was that the house was clean and exactly like the photos The kids really enjoyed the pool and the games room although the lack of some amenities e.g. an X-box, did not please them. Our favourite was the huge dining room table so we could all have our meals together. Overall, everyone had a great time and will definitely look at booking this property again Very surprised that all the trash was expected to be placed in bags and no recycling took place, which we are very used to in UK We did have some problems entering the complex late in evening with some guards refusing entry until we signed in at reception, after being told originally we did not require an entry permit, but all was sorted. The cots were only what we would describe as travel cots and only suitable for occasional use, not really suitable for two weeks duration Kitchen and dining room was very good, all 15 fit around the table comfortably for family meals. The original barbecue was filthy dirty and needed a deep clean before first use, but was replaced midway through stay with new one. We all loved the pool. We spent a lot of time in our swimsuits. The clubhouse was awesome. It was great for all ages. We loved the lazy river and the arcade being free to play You do have neighbours close on either side which caused a noise issue for us late at night with parties at the weekends.
