Disney in May
Very convenient location. Playground is across the street and the community pool/water park is only a few blocks away. Walmart is just over a mile from the house and Disney is a 15 minute drive. The airport is thirty minutes away. The pool and hot tub are great! The house is clean and big enough that each of us could have private time away from each other. The owner and the property manager are wonderful to work with. We had a couple of minor issues and they were immediately addressed and corrected. We were four couples and two kids aged 5 and 8. The kids loved the pool and the game room. I recommend this house!

Core Memories
We had the most amazing stay here. It's was 3 families with 5 kids all 4-13. They are cousins and only see each other once a year if all the schedules align. This house provided so many core memories for them, I think even more than Disney did! They loved swimming together everyday. In fact my youngest successfully swam all on his own for the first time in the backyard pool. That's my core memory right there. The kids were blown away by the resort style amenities and loved having access to water slides! Even after swimming all day or walking at the parks, they came home every day and jumped right in the backyard pool and swam until a very late dinner was ready. They watched movies together in the game room, allowing time for the adults to schmooze and catch up. Vanessa's house provided everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Even bedtime became fun with the themed decor. We truly enjoyed this house and would stay here a million times over when we return to Disney.

We had a wonderful week. The house was spacious, clean, and has a great pool in addition to close location to Disney parks. The grandchildren loved the themed bedrooms and game/movie room. The property manager was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We would definitely recommend for future stay.

We loved the themed rooms. My kids loved having our own pool with hot tub AND being able to use the big community pool and splash pad. It was so close to a grocery store and ALL of the Disney properties.

Great Home
We brought our adult children and grandchildren to Disney and rented this house. It was everything we hoped it would be. Vanessa, the owner was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We all enjoyed the house, plus tue community pool and clubhouse was awesome! It was very conveniently located near the parks and any amenity you would need. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Hostess!
Vanessa is an amazing hostess. She is very attentive and responsive. Our party of 10 was very comfortable. The living area, patio, and game room insured that everyone had space to spread out. Having a private pool and hot tub was so nice and convenient. The little ones also enjoyed having a wel equipped park so close by. The community is in a great location and is welcoming and safe. Windsor Hills amenities abound. Thank you so much for a great family vacation!

The property was nice, as well as the community. The only thing missing were towel bars or hooks in the bathrooms. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool at the house, the community splash pad, and the park located a few steps away from the house.

We loved the location and size of this home. We had plenty of room for everyone. It had all the amenities we could have possibly needed for a weeks stay. Location was amazing, 15 minutes from each park and Disney Springs. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Kids loved the community pool!

Magical stay!
We had a wonderful time during our stay. Vanessa was amazing to work with! She was so sweet and very thorough. I loved that she did a call prior to the vacation to go over everything. She made us feel so welcome. The house was very spacious, clean and comfortable! We had 6 adults and 6 kids and we had a lot of room and space. We loved the game/movie room especially the kids. The adults enjoyed getting in the hot tub after a long day of walking the Disney parks. The neighborhood amenities were amazing. We enjoyed a family movie night at the movie theater and had a day to relax at the water park. It is also conveniently located near a great park! The kids loved it. I would definitely recommend this location and plan to book again in the future.

Great Vacation Rental!
This house rental was perfect for what my family needed! Plenty of space for everyone! The house is so close to Disney it didn’t even feel like we were staying off property! The owner and property manager were so friendly and helpful when we needed something they always responded asap! 100% would recommend this home! This is the perfect location for a family visiting Disney but not wanting to stay at one of the Disney resorts. Literally less than a 15 minute easy drive to the parks. Windsor hills felt like a very safe location with good facilities with the communal pool and club house. And the villa had everything a family needs. Three downstairs bedrooms with two en-suite and a further three bedrooms upstairs with another family bathroom. Also a well equipped kitchen with a separate utility/laundry room, a family tv room and a games room in the converted garage with a pool table. But it is the pool that makes the property. A good size for a family and perfect for those families who want their privacy and do not want to use the communal facilities

This house was great. The owner and property manager were awesome. Plenty of room for teenagers and littles to spread out. Enjoyed pool area and outdoor seating. Game room needs a little updating but kids enjoyed it very much. Overall it was an awesome vacation. We will be back!!!!

Vanessa the owner communicated throughout our stay and was very supportive and went above and beyond when we needed her. The villa was spotless, clean and tidy. Great taste and very modern compared to other villas in the area. My family all stayed due to my daughter getting married at paradise cove. Vanessa kindly got a new barbecue ordered as the one provided was not cleaned properly. I would definitely recommend staying at this villa. The size and location were absolutely perfect. Walmart was 5 minutes down the road. The community pool was also amazing with a kids splash zone. Don’t hesitate booking you won’t regret your stay. Thanks again Vanessa you were fantastic! 🇺🇸

Our magical stay
We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. There was more than enough room for the 9 of us! Two in suite bathrooms. The kids loved having our own pool. Everyone loved the hot tub! We loved eating outside! The resort pool and small market are just down a couple blocks. The park across the street! Vanessa has a lovely home with all the amenities you need and is a joy to work with! AND so close to Magic Kingdom. We were sad to leave😢. We will be back! It is a fantastic deal at an awesome price!

Wonderful house and location
The house was perfect. There were 9 adults, 3 children and 1 infant in our party. Everyone had a bed and we didn’t feel crowded at all. The house was close to the parks, able to drive there in 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. There was a Walmart very close but too crazy so we ended up going to the Publix which wasn’t much further. I highly recommend this property.

Location is perfect for Disney/Universal. Lovely host and property manager!
The villa is in a fantastic location for Disney and universal and is in a gated community so we felt incredibly safe. The pool is a great size to cool off and for the kids to splash around. The villa is large and spacious with lots of bath/beach towels and the kitchen is full of the useful things you would need to cook with. The theming of the different rooms is great especially the two twin rooms. A couple of negatives: it does need some updating and TLC and the dishwasher needs replacing asap. The ‘waterpark’ on site is quite small but fun for the little ones - the main issue is the lack of sunbeds so we didn’t go back again. You need to get a wrist band and the code before you can enter. The property manager and owner are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic vacation home
We rented Vanessa’s house for my husband and I, our 4 children (ages 3-8), and my brother and his gf and had an amazing vacation. The property manager was awesome and answered any questions or concerns I had right away. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. Having the pool right at the house was perfect and the table outside was great for when we just got out of the pool to eat some food. The large downstairs bathroom was great for a central spot to bathe and get our kids ready for the day. There was lots of room for all of us to be in that bathroom at once! Thank you again Vanessa for a memorable trip!

Vanessa was clear about her expectations of the house and I appreciate her thoroughness to ensure an easy check in etc. it was so nice to have each kid in their own comfy bed every night! A must stay for families!
This home was perfect for our family's Disney Vacation! The house was a short 5-10 minute drive to Disney! The home was very clean and organized. The kitchen was well stocked. Our children (3 and 6) loved the character bedrooms. They switched between the princess and Cars themed bedrooms. We loved having a washer and dryer to use as well. We truly felt at home throughout our stay and loved the gated community. The owner, Vanessa, was a joy to work with. From start to finish, Vanessa always responded to us quickly. We appreciated her checking in with us mid-stay to see how everything was going. She truly cares about her guests and their experience. We also met the property manager Vania. Vania was kind and respectful. We had a question for her and she got back to us so fast. You can tell Vania cares about the property. I cannot say enough about my positive experience! You will not be disappointed with your stay!

This house was perfect for our extended family Disney vacation. One of our main restrictions was we needed at least two bedrooms on ground floor, and this was certainly one of the nicer and best options! We visited the Disney parks and this property was a perfect location and price was very reasonable. We had 2 families of 5 and 2 grandparents stay at the house and it was perfect for all of us. The property owner communicated very well and even had to contact her a couple times about non-house related issues and she responded right away. Would definitely recommend this house.

Amazing Stay at Windsor Hills
First of all, Vanessa's home is beautiful and very very clean. It is well stocked with silverware, dishes, pots, pans, and just about anything you need to make a meal. We had a party of 10, including a baby and we had plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. We enjoyed the big screen theater feel in the activity area and the guys played many games of billiards. The house is only a 10-15 minute drive to any of the Disney parks. We had trouble with one bathtub that wasn't draining. One quick message to Vania and the maintenance guy was there to fix it and it drained quickly afterward. I would highly recommend this property, you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful Family Vacay Home
First I'd like to say that working with the owner Vanessa and her Property Manager Vania was an absolute joy. They have set the bar high as far as customer service goes. They are extremely kind and very attentive. We had a small issue with a ceiling fan and a game table in the game room. Vania had both issues fixed the next day. The home looks just like the pictures and was extremely clean! The only thing I might change is a firmer crib mattress just for safer sleeping for infants, but other than that it was perfection. The home was wonderful and we are recommending this home to all our friends and family. We will return not only for the home but for the amazing customer service Vanessa and Vania gave us!

BEST RENTAL EXPERIENCE!
Highly recommend! We had the greatest time at this villa! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and my sister's family of 5. Loved the pool at the house and the community pool. The kitchen is well stocked and the home is very clean. The themed rooms are so cute! The host and property manager are very sweet and easy to access. We have never felt so at home at any other villa. We really didn't want to leave! So I am prior military and it’s really hard to get together with old friends so we decided to do Disney with our kids and extend the invite to these friends. The house was just as expected and listed! Vanessa was wicked attentive and responded promptly to any questions or concerns. She was extremely kind and the house was perfect as well as the amenities included. I will say the gate guards were a little intense when it came into checking on members of the party despite providing names of adults, but this was the slightest concern throughout our trip. I would absolutely book to stay here again!

Great house and a wonderful experience! Such an easy drive to the parks and close to anything you could need, but community is quiet and secluded. Vanessa was lovely to work with and made booking and checking in very easy. Vania and William were quick to respond to anything we might need while we were there and were great to work with as well. The house had everything we needed for just hanging out, or even cooking dinner one night. Excellent house--highly recommend!

This was a perfect location to rent a home and experience Disney with our children and grandchildren. The community swimming pool and water slides were a big hit with the children! The house itself is decorated just as the pictures show and the layout worked for us. The house is in need of attention and the pool area is in need of more attention. The owner did respond to the hot tub not working and had someone come out to fix it. The whole property is in some desperate need of deep cleaning. The outside lanai is very dirty and that brings the dirt into the house. The house is clean at first sight but needs a lot of dusting in high areas, lights and walls have dust accumulated on them. The living room rugs are dirty because of the dirt on the porch. The bathrooms and kitchen areas are clean and useable The pool and pool area are in desperate need of attention. I discussed the issues with the owner. I am not sure the pool works properly and the pavers and decking need attention as well. With this said, the owner is very nice and we had a good week in Florida. I hope the review will help the house get the attention it needs and many more people will enjoy it!

Our family stayed here for a week for a trip to Disney, there were a lot of us (13!) and the home was very comfortable and accommodating for everyone. Communication with Vanessa was top notch, she was proactive AND responsive when an issue arose with a neighbor. The house was very clean and the instructions for checkin and checkout were clear and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend!

The BEST family vacation EVER!
Wow, wow, wow! This was my first experience with VRBO. The property is well maintained with up to date furnishings; everything you need, at your finger tips! The themed bedrooms were awesome for my grandchildren (my granddaughters loved-loved-loved the Disney Princess themed room). The community park was just steps away from the property which made our Disney park “down days” enjoyable for the kids. The community pool was also a hit; although it was a little cool we were still able to get in the heated community pool. The property owner, Vanessa, was the absolute best host and made this experience seamless and drama free. She was available whenever we had a question and very flexible when we couldn’t decide if we wanted the home pool heated or not (sorry for the indecisiveness lol). My family made some awesome memories here and we are very grateful to Vanessa for providing the best home for us make those memories. We have already discussed using this property again next year! Thanks again Vanessa for making my first experience with VRBO an AWESOME one!!!!

Awesome Marathon Weekend!!!
We stayed here for marathon weekend. We did the Dopey Challange and it was very easy to get to Epcot parking lot for 4 early morning races. The house was wonderful!! The kids loved the themed bedrooms. Pool and hot tub were great to soak in after running 48.6 miles!!
