Welkom bij Positive Latitude op Secret Key Cove! Dit fantastische huis heeft 8 slaapkamers - 2 master suites en 4. 5 badkamers. Uw geluk is onze topprioriteit - we willen ervoor zorgen dat onze gasten het meeste uit hun vakantie halen. Het privézwembad en de spa bieden een prachtig, rustig uitzicht op de vijver en de speelkamer is klaar voor gasten van alle leeftijden. Als fervent Disney- en Universal Studios-fans zijn we hier om advies te geven en u te helpen bij het plannen van uw vakantie.

De eerste verdieping heeft een ruime woonkamer, keuken, eetkamer, speelkamer en twee slaapkamers (een master suite met ligbad, aparte douche, kingsize bed en een tweede queensize slaapkamer naast de hoofdingang). De tweede verdieping heeft nog een grote kingsize slaapkamer met een eigen badkamer, een kamer met twee grote bedden en twee extra slaapkamers met kingsize bedden. Daarnaast zijn er ook twee gedecoreerde kinderkamers (een Minion-themakamer met twee stapelbedden en een Frozen-themakamer met een stapelbed en een eenpersoonsbed). Dit huis kan gemakkelijk een groep van 20 slapen. Babybedjes zijn beschikbaar.

Dit huis is gunstig gelegen dicht bij Disney World, Universal Studios en het Margaritaville Resort. Supermarkten en restaurants liggen op slechts enkele minuten afstand.

Terwijl je niet naar themaparken reist, is de gemeenschap van Emerald Island mooi en heeft veel te bieden. Dit huis ligt dicht bij het hoofdclubhuis en de faciliteit (gemakkelijke wandeling). Het hoofdclubhuis biedt een centraal zwembad, een spa, een speeltuin, een businesscentrum, een fitnesscentrum en een bar aan het zwembad. Het is een geweldige plek om te ontspannen en te genieten van de zon.

Extra kosten zijn inclusief zwembad / spa warmte van $ 25 / nacht, en een schoonmaakkosten aan het einde van het verblijf van $ 175. Een borg van $ 300 is ook vereist.

Property is as described and shown. Close to Disney parks and Clubhouse came in handy for small needs and food/bar when opened. Getting in/out of security gate was problematic at times but resolved quickly. Property owner has excellent communications. Would stay again!

The space was a fantastic accommodation for my family, there were 18 of us. Some minor issues but we were able to get a hold of Lauren and she was prompt and professional in response. We will gladly choose this place again! Thanks for the memories!

The villa was amazing & was perfect for all the family. Everything you could think of was provided it was a home from home. We arrived just after the hurricane which meant our travel plans were changed with various members of the family arriving at different times & our host was in constant contact to ensure our arrival was as smooth as smooth could be. I would definitely stay here again & would recommend it to anyone looking for a large property to stay here. Thank you.

We had 18 family members stay here for a week and had a fantastic time. The children loved the themed rooms and the pool. A perfect way to wind down after a day at the attractions. No one wanted to go home! The location is convenient to all the Disney parks and to restaurants and shopping too. Lauren, the owner was wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had quickly. If you need a place to stay that will accommodate a large group, this is it.

15 of us booked the property for a once in a lifetime family holiday around 18 months before travel. Communication with Lauren was excellent throughout. There was a couple of minor issues but Lauren got them sorted ASAP. The house was great for our family, there were loads of pool towels and equipment for example and the provisions in the pantry and the fridge were much appreciated. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived and it was perfect for our family as it wasn't too posh (in a good way) so we weren't stressed about accidents etc. I would highly recommend this house for families looking for a well located large house where you can feel at home. Hope we can make it back one day!

Our huge family enjoyed this spacious vacation home. There were plenty of activities to partake in and the house was themed and decorated nicely. We opted to pay for pool heat and enjoyed a warm pool and toasty hot tub all week. Lots of supplies were provided for kids such as high chairs, strollers, pack and plays, etc. The golf cart was a fun amenity. it was a great week!!!

Not sure who has been reviewing this property, pretty much all 5-star ratings are not accurate. With that being said it is a decent property, and everything you would need for a large family Disney vacation. Housekeepers could be better. Food crumbs under table in main living area, beds not neatly made, curtains stuffed behind furniture do not help a dated and worn interior. No propane for grill is not the owners fault but does fall under management of the home as does the pool not being heated. Owner reacted quickly, unfortunately we planned on using the pool the first two days being there. We were refunded the heating fee immediately without asking. Upstairs AC would not work on only night it was needed again; owner reacted quickly. Bottom line, we understand that these are rentals and will not be perfect. All I ask is the owner be perfect and she was. I would rent the home again because I trust that Lauren will react quickly and take care of any problems that may arise.

The house was amazing to stay in. There was great theming throughout the house, comfortable beds and anything you will need is provided. The pool and hot tub were game changers after walking parks all day. The traffic in the area is a lot, but aside from that it was a perfect stay. If we do a big family trip to the area we will try to book again!

We had a wonderful time spending time with our family and friends for my daughter's graduation from UCF. Lauren was super responsive when we had an issue and got it resolved as soon as she could. I would recommend anyone wanting to have a larger family vacation to rent this property. There are plenty of rooms and beds for all the adults and kids. The space is wonderful for celebrating any occasion. The pool and hot tub are just right for adults and kids as well. We will be staying here again if we need a larger space for our family to stay together.

We were so happy to arrive at this lovely home and have the week of making memories as a family with some of our kids and our grandchildren. The house is beautiful with so much room, nicely laid out and was everything we needed and wanted for the week. Location was excellent – easy to get to the Disney Parks, shopping, and restaurants so close by!!! The backyard area with the pool and spa were amazing. We made the decision to include the heat package and was very thankful after long days at the parks getting into a nice hot spa to relax our sore muscles lol Lauren was wonderful to deal with and very responsive through communication when I had questions. Would highly recommend her home and will look at renting again in the future. Thank you, Lauren, from our family to yours.

We've rented many vacation homes for our family of 16. My husband, a home inspector, ranked this #1! We rented this for our Disney vacation and it was absolutely perfect for 10 adults and 6 children - ages 1-10. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the themed bedrooms, the game room and the pool time on our rest day and evenings. Lauren has put a lot of thought into what is needed to accommodate all. She deserves more than a 5 star host rating! She literally answered all my questions within a couple of minutes of me sending her a message, always so helpful. The location is perfect, an easy drive to the parks, shopping, groceries. If you are looking for a relaxing but fun home to get away this is it! It was awesome to come home to this house after long days at the park, where we could share and compare the stories of our day and enjoy one another's company. Thanks again for opening your home to us! We loved it!

This place is a dream! So many rooms and bathrooms, pool is fabulous, amazing game room and a really, really well stocked kitchen! If you do choose to rent this awesome place, check to see what is at the house before going shopping. We brought/bought items that were already at the house. Driving to the parks was a bit hectic because you had to take some weird roads and sometimes the roads were crazy busy. For us, it was well worth the drive every day!! Lauren was a super-fabulous host. Very responsive and also was amazing at following up. I wish we had more tome here!

The house was beautifully decorated with incredibly themed rooms for the kids and so many extra touches here and there that made the stay wonderful for our family. Lauren was always quick to answer questions and very accommodating every step of the way. The whole vacation was amazing!! I highly recommend booking this home for a smooth and fabulous stay!!!
