We were all looking for a great vacation with family. We got there late the first day so we unpacked and went straight to bed. A family member woke up with patches all over her legs from an allergic reaction. We went and got her some medication. While eating breakfast, my niece looked up and noticed mold on the ceiling over the dinning table. My guest left the house without eating to head to Disney without me so I could get the matter fixed. So I lost my 400 park tickets for the first day due to being upset about this issue and wanting to make sure it was taken care of before they returned. The maintenance crew came and sealed it with paint that day. This was a nightmare for me because I booked this place. The area that was infested with mold was big so I knew it was coming from an unresolved leak and I knew it was in the ceiling and in the bedroom where my granddaughter was sleeping. So I was upset the whole time and I’m still very upset. Someone had to see this prior to our visit!! It didn’t just pop up the day we arrived! This is unexceptionable and I will be taking further actions.
