Enjoyable

We were coming from a very cold Maine. So was looking for a place to relax and enjoy the sun. This place was perfect. Very spacious and comfortable for 4 people.We used Uber service to get around. Highly recommend this. Easy walk to Publix food store and some restaurants nearby. We are looking to go back next year for a longer stay.

Location location location!

We were in Orlando for the AAU Volleyball Nationals. We love the location with regards to the OCCC and amenities. Checkin and checkout were easy. The pool was a great way to spend the afternoons. We will book the same place next year if it’s available.

Birthday Weekend at Parks

I braved the weekend with 4 15-16 year olds for a Sweet 16 b-day. Close to all parks, neat, modern, comfortable and ample space for the 5 of us. We will be back to enjoy the pool and other amenities. I unreservedly recommend this property.

Great experience

The condo was wonderful- spacious, clean, quiet, and well-equipped. We enjoyed beginning our mornings relaxing on the large balcony facing the pond. Pool was great. The location is perfect- near all of the major theme parks, but without the incessant traffic and noise. Would definitely come back!!

Perfect Conference Stay

Stayed here because of its proximity to the Orange County Convention Center. The condo is fantastic and well taken care of with little sign of wear. Very spacious and would consider coming back with the family to visit theme parks. Only con might lack of a single cup coffee maker or coffee filters.

Amazing View and Location

The place is spacious and well kept. The view from the balcony is peaceful and beautiful. The location to all of the parks was less than 15 minutes and there were several food places, dunkin donuts, liquor store, etc all within walking distance. We even squeezed in a couples massage in the nearby shopping center. Everyone was so friendly.. the pool area was great.. Loved the whole experience and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. Huge unit. Very clean and worry free. Great location to the Parks. Maintenance came and set up the Wi-Fi after it went out from a storm. They were quick and very courteous. Check in was quick and stress free. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect location for the parks

Everything was great except the check in process, very clean, 5-10 minute ride to the parks, beautiful view from balcony. I think for the price they should definitely purchase a larger smart tv for the living room but regardless I would definitely go back

Great location, great resort.

PROS: Resort was close to everything. Pictures are accurate. Staff and residents very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Felt safe in the complex, parking lot and surrounding area. Pool was fun for my kids. Highly recommend! CONS: Found a few geckos in the room (but that’s Florida…… just wish we knew prior to coming). Made for a few fun stories though.

THE BEST location for Universal. Beautiful, clean, spacious! This is the place for family.

Literally eye opening when we walked in. Much bigger than the photos in my opinion. Lots of space for the family. All bedrooms are a great size. Lots of storage and closet space. Massive laundry room! Very clean. It smelled so good when we walked in as well. Lots of towels provided even for the pool. The back deck was our favorite overlooking the small lake. We got to watch fireworks every night from the park! Our trip was to to Epic and it was less than 5 minutes away. Easy drive from the airport as well about 15 minutes (8 miles I believe it was). Dunkin and Publix are very close and a Walgreens on the corner. This place was perfect and I will definitly book this place again! Only recommendation to VRBO/Owner: need a corkscrew/bottle opener.

Decent but had to move to other unit

This unit was very spacious and largely as described with a nice view from 2nd floor. However -1) The pool and splash pad right next to this building was supposed to be open 3 weeks prior to our stay, but as of late April it was still in middle of construction. There's another nice pool a walk or drive away but we used it much less given that. And 2) there was construction happening on a unit on same floor making it difficult to spend time in the unit during day or for our toddler to nap. They were luckily able to move us to a different unit our 2nd day which helped. The walking path - which according to listing was supposedly open around the pond - was partly closed off. I don't fault the unit owners on these challenges but wish the listings were accurate so we had made a more informed decision on where to stay. Note about this unit - the two twin beds in the 3rd bedroom are quite high and there is no stool for kids to use to climb up/down so best to bring own stool and use lots of pillows as bumpers if you have a child under 6 you would like to sleep in there or someone with limited mobility. Wifi worked for us after we called the front desk to reset it.

Amenities broken, property management/maintenance unresponsive

Bulbs were out. I asked for more, maintenance never showed nor followed up. I took bulbs from other fixtures. I packed light because the property has laundry. Washer didn’t work. Called maintenance again, they said no work orders ahead of me. No one showed. I also needed a clean uniform for my son’s game. Fell asleep waiting, woke at 3 because I knew I’d have to do the load by hand, which I did, in the bath tub. After wringing everything out well, added to the dryer, which was excessively noisy to the extent it kept me awake. An hour and a half later the cycle ended. Clothes were hot and not at all dry which means dryer exhaust was plugged. I removed probably a 2 gallon bucket full of lint from the exhaust system and stand pipe. I could not reach further but an certain it was still blocked. I kept running the dryer cycle an hour at a time and after removing a lot to hang up to dry on the bed, the cycle finally finished after over 4 hours. Needless to say, this experience defined my trip as I could not get over the fact that the property management did nothing to help with something as minor as light bulbs to something major like key amenities being completely inoperative. The remainder of my stay was in hand washed clothes that I did hastily at 3am so my son could have a clean uniform.
