Nice Neighborhood. Great Location.

Very nice, clean & spacious house in a nice neighborhood. The pool was great. We had everything we needed. We were close to disney and there were many stores and restaurants nearby. A very enjoyable stay!

Overall, the property provided our family for a place to stay while visiting Orlando. Communication with the property owner was great! The pool and patio were also a nice place to relax. Our concerns really come with the property management. Upon arrival we had to clean hair from the shower walls. There were also small ants in two of the three bathrooms. Check out time is 10am. I left at 7:45 to get ice for our cooler and return to load all of our luggage. At that time, the cleaning lady was already parked outside and asked if I was leaving, stating that she was told by her boss that we were supposed to be gone by 7am. The price was cheaper than places we stayed before. Given that, I haven’t decided if I would stay here again or spend a little more on a something I know is a newer, better property.

Not the worst place we’ve ever stayed. However- I very rarely give a low review. The pool area was filthy. There was dirt and ants all over. There were also ants in 2 of the showers. The dishwasher was broken and there was someone coming to fix it. That we were told was happening in the morning. When we returned at 5pm it still hasn’t replaced. When I asked the host they said it would be another half an hour. An hour later- still no repairman. I reached out again and the owner wasn’t sure where he was. We left and returned late- to find he came while we were gone and replaced it. Great- but there was no communication he was still coming. When we checked in- there were multiple lock boxes and it was very unclear which one the code was for. It was a lot of potential, but just needs more care.

House did not have any heat for approximately 24 hours. Upon arriving, the indoor temperature was 64 degrees. It continued dropping throughout the night and was 59 degrees the next morning. Informed the host around 7:00 am. HVAC technician arrived around 11:15 am and left soon thereafter. Did not return until several hours later to fix the problem. House finally started getting warm after 7:00 pm. Host should have verified heat was functional before our arrival, especially with the ongoing freeze warnings that were occurring. In addition, front master bathroom had a strong musty/mildew smell, dead ants were near entry door inside, and home needs general maintenance to electrical plugs, water facuets, etc.
House did not have any heat for approximately 24 hours. Indoor temperature dropped to 59 degrees!
