Sabal Palm House - Modern 7 BR Resort Home w/ Private Pool

Welcome to Sabal Palm House! Found in the beautiful Emerald Island Resort, our home has 7 bedrooms with a private pool/jacuzzi. Our place is spacious, clean, comfortable, modern, and bright. It is complete with amenities to make your next family vacation to Orlando relaxing and memorable.

We are centrally located and just minutes away from area attractions (Animal Kingdom - 5 miles, Magic Kingdom - 8 miles, Epcot - 8 miles, Universal - 20 miles, Airport - 25 miles)!

Our family-friendly home is 2881 sq. feet with 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 15 guests. Walmart is 3 miles / 10 minutes away for your shopping needs. US 192 is also located just 10 minutes away with plentiful options for dining and shopping during your stay.

Resort: We are found in beautiful Emerald Island Resort, a guard-gated community with 24/7 security presence near Disney and major area attractions. The resort features multiple amenities that are free for guests to use, including clubhouse, pool, Tiki bar, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, mini-golf, bicycles for rent, playgrounds, sauna, exercise facility, and a nature trail.

Bedrooms: 7 bedrooms, including 2 master suites with king beds and attached bathrooms, a Disney Princess inspired room with bunk bed and trundle, a Marvel Comics inspired room, and 3 additional bedrooms with queen beds. Mattresses are protected in zippered encasements and feature bamboo bed sheets and down-alternative comforters for a restful night's sleep. We supply 100% Turkish Cotton towels for use. All adult rooms include blackout curtains and touch-control sidetable lamps with multiple USB ports. Cable TV is included in every bedroom.

Workspace: A laptop desk is included in Bedroom 1 for your working needs! Our home features high-speed WiFi (Blue Stream Fiber) with download speeds of 500 Mbps.

Bathrooms: 4 full bathrooms include granite countertops and a half bathroom in the first floor common area.

Kitchen: Includes a massive kitchen island with countertop seating. Features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including microwave, oven, stove, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Stocked with tools and mini-appliances for all of your cooking and dining needs, including electric tea kettle, stovetop electric kettle, coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster, blender, and BBQ grill tools.

Common Areas: 55" HDTV w/ Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Prime Video available with login. Dining table with seating for 10 included.

Pool / Lanai: Enjoy the beautiful covered lanai and screened enclosure over newly resurfaced pool and jacuzzi. Pool fence included for additional safety with hook/latch. Ample seating available for outdoor dining and reclining lounge chairs. Pool towels are provided.

Pool / Jacuzzi heat is available with advanced notice for $40/day. This must be turned on by our service personnel and can take 24-48 hours for pool heating from the time of check-in. Please note that the pool heater will not turn pool into a hot tub, but will heat the water enough so it is not cold. We cannot guarantee a certain temperature of the pool as this highly depends on the season and current day/night temperatures. Please take this into consideration, as we cannot refund pool heating fees.

3-Burner BBQ Grill is available for rent with advanced notice for $100 for up to 1 week, and an additional $5 per day thereafter. BBQ grill tools are included in our home for your use.

Converted Garage: Billiards table included for your entertainment. Ample seating available.

Laundry Room: Washer and dryer available on-site for your use.

Smart Home Features: Keyless entry through front door with assigned key code. Ring Floodlight Cam outside front door with motion-sensor activation. Nest Smart Thermostats installed to operate central A/C units. Complimentary high-speed WiFi is included.

Pet Policy: Our home is pet-friendly! Up to 2 small-sized dogs can be permitted to join for your trip. Please message us to review our pet policy and to have our approval for a pet to join for the stay!

- Pack-n-Play and High Chair are available on-site for complimentary use.

- Extra linens and blankets are provided for guest use.

- Starter Supplies: Paper Towels (2), Toilet Paper (2 per BA), Trash Bags (5), Soap/Shampoo/Conditioner/Lotion, Kitchen Sponge, Dishsoap, Laundry Detergent, and Dishwasher Detergent.

- Any additional supplies need to be purchased by guests.

** Additional Notes **

- Strictly no wild parties / no smoking / no illegal activities are allowed during the stay. A $500 fee will be assessed if this occurs, in any addition to the cost of damages.

- Car Access: Emerald Island Resort requires purchase of an access card for each vehicle during their stay ($20 per vehicle).

- Car Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 2 cars at a time. Street parking is also available. No more than 6 cars per home are allowed in the community per day.

- Pool Safety: No children under 18 are permitted in the pool without adult supervision. No lifeguard is on duty at the pool. Please keep the pool fence locked with latch when not in use.

- Trash Disposal: Transfer all trash bags to the trash bin outside. All trash must be bagged. If any loose trash is deposited, the Host would need to pass on any fines to the guest.
