Windsor Hills Resort

Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

IMPORTANT Notice: Waterslide & Splash Pad Closure
Please note that Windsor Hills Resort Waterslides and Splash Pad will be closed for scheduled maintenance approximately from January 5th, 2026 to February 18, 2026, weather permitting. During this time, the resort pool, clubhouse, marketplace, fitness center, and arcade will remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment. We appreciate your understanding as the resort works to keep its amenities in great condition.

Pool/Spa Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat to the desired temperature. The pool heater is required to heat the spa and operates as one system. The pool will warm while the spa is off and when the spa is activated, the heater redirects its power to the spa. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.

Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

There is no usable BBQ grill on property. A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup.

- Please note that Windsor Hills registration system requires an ePass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.

- Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
