House Rules

* No parties are allowed.
* No pets are permitted.
* Smoking inside the house is prohibited. A fine of $250 applies if
smoking occurs indoors, although smoking is allowed in external
areas like the balcony and pool area.
* Pool heating must be requested 48 hours in advance. The temperature
will not exceed 95°F, and it can only be heated alongside the spa.
Note that the spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets. The pool
heater may not function in cold weather and no refunds are offered
if desired temperature is not reached during such conditions.
* Guests are responsible for placing trash in the resort dumpster
daily to maintain cleanliness.
* Online purchases using USPS will not be delivered to the property.
Only deliveries by UPS, DHL, or FedEx are accepted.
* Complimentary supplies are provided for initial use, but guests are
expected to purchase additional personal toiletries and meals.
* The house is self-catering, so guests should plan for grocery
shopping for essentials.
* Wash towels are considered personal and disposable; guests are
recommended to bring their own.
* Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for a fee.
* Additional charges may apply for any damages or extra cleaning
required if property rules are not followed.
