Dit gloednieuwe 5 slaapkamers 4,5 badkamer, 2265 Sq. Ft. met prive, op het zuiden zwembad is perfect gelegen, op slechts enkele minuten van Walt Disney World in Windsor op Westside. Deze gated 5-sterren resort is vol met voorzieningen en entertainment voor het hele gezin.

De ruime accommodatie is verdeeld over twee verdiepingen.

De begane grond is voorzien van een centrale woonkamer met open haard, 65 "Smart TV, tweepersoons slaapbank, eetkamer voor 6 aan de tafel en 4 aan de balie. State of the art, volledig uitgeruste keuken met leuke extra's zoals een Keurig (breng uw favoriet brouwen), popcorn maker, wafelijzer, bakplaat voor pannenkoeken en nog veel meer.

Er is een Queen Suite gelegen op de begane grond met een 32 "Smart TV.

Boven vindt u een koning Master Suite te vinden met een 48 "Smart TV, een Queen Suite met een 32" Smart TV, een Mickey Mouse thema slaapkamer met 32 ​​"Smart TV, een Star War Themed slaapkamer met een stapelbed (full / twin ) met een 32 "Smart TV.

De slaapkamers boven zijn gerangschikt rond een centrale loft / recreatiegebied, met een 55 "Smart TV, PlayStation 4 game-systeem en een andere koningin slaapbank.

De belangrijkste clubhuis heeft vele voorzieningen. Prachtig zwembad, lazy river, cafe / bar (mijn favoriet), een kleine winkel om melk en brood te kopen. Game Room, speeltuin, basketbalveld, voetbalveld, volleybal zijn allemaal ter plaatse.

Dit herenhuis is een hoekopstelling dicht genoeg bij alle het clubhuis actie, maar ver genoeg om al het lawaai horen. Grasveld voor uw kleintjes om te spelen.

We loved this and plan on coming back! The clubhouse was so much fun and loved coming back to a private pool. We had lots of space and close to everything including Disney! We had another family get a house close to us too so all the kids enjoyed and were close!

Great property and features!

We had a wonderful stay at this 5-bedroom townhome for our family vacation! The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do, but tucked away just enough to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city. The home itself was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It had all the essential appliances and even a few rolls of toilet paper and items to hold you over until you go shopping (an air fryer would’ve been a nice bonus, but definitely not complaining). Our property manager, Kathy, was incredibly communicative, sweet, and helpful throughout the entire process. We’d definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

10/10 we will definitely be back! The house is so beautiful and accommodating! We had ages from 7 to 70 with us and everyone enjoyed the house, and location! The house was large enough to stay with all 8 of us comfortably. The kids lived in the pool, that was a great addition in its self. Only 20 short minutes from all Disney attractions and only 1.5 hours from the beautiful New Smyrna beach! The first floor queen suite was ideal for my mother is has handicap limitations. All the rooms and bathrooms where a great size as well. The house is only about and hour from Orlando Airport.And last but not least.. KATHY was wonderful to speak with and work with as the host of the house.

Amazing for families with kids!

We stayed for 2 weeks at Windsor at Westside and had an amazing time. We have an 8 year old, 5 year old, 2 year old, and 7 month old. The property was spacious, had a lot of extras (box fan, baby monitor, pack and play, stroller, keurig, mickey mouse waffle maker, etc.), and the amenties were really fun. The lazy river was great, we enjoyed the zero entry pool with the waterpark feature for our youngests, and the hot tub was a plus! It was only a short walk (a block) to get to these, so going back and forth for nap time was a breeze. Our host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had and checking in and out was easy. Oh and the outsude patio had really nice seating options, so I could still lay out while the baby napped and the bigger kids could still play in the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Great for Families

Windsor at Westside is a great vacation home for families! Within 30 minutes to parks and close to shopping. The townhouse was clean, spacious and close walk to community pool and clubhouse. Perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The pool of the townhouse was very small but perfect for us to still have lots of fun. The property manager. Kathy was absolutely fantastic! She was quick to respond and act on any questions and/or issues we may have had.The photos of the clubhouse are outdated as it no longer has a spot to buy basic groceries.There are lots of places to buy groceries within a 10 minute drive though.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhouse and would highly recommend it.A big ‘Thank you’ to Kathy for her part in making our stay a positive experience!

Cute place pretty close to parks.

This was a nice home. Kathy was super attentive and checked in on us. The house was just the right size for us. The resort itself had a nice pool and free games room. This place has a lot of glass tables, dishes, etc so if you have really tiny ones this may not be the best for you.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean. We loved the private pool at our condo and also the lazy river and larger pool near the clubhouse. Our grandkid enjoyed the play area. Felt very safe. The property manager was very efficient in providing information and was quick to response to a request. We really appreciated that they provided equipment for a toddler such as a stroller, baby monitor, etc…. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location

We loved the house and its proximity to the clubhouse! I stayed there with my teenage son and my parents, and it was the perfect setup for us. Everything was exactly as described, making our stay smooth and comfortable. Communication with Kathy was excellent before, during, and after our stay—she was always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Loved it!

The property was exactly as pictured. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of activities to do in the townhouse and on property. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need, with the exception of baking sheets. The location is very convenient to theme parks, shopping, and grocery stores Kathy was FABULOUS to work with checking in on us on a regular basis. As noted in a previous post, if you are traveling with more than one vehicle, the second car will need to park by the club house which is a short walk away. We knew this before we booked. The clubhouse is a short walk from the rental but it is not well lit at night. This unit is at the end of the building which makes it nice. We were lucky enough to not have neighbors next to us most of the week. The last 2 nights they were there, they were a bit loud on their patio at 11:30 PM This was a great place to relax and have fun. I would highly recommend it.
